I was able to get all my data retrieved from a broken external hard drive, because he was able to recover all data in house, I didn’t need to pay for the premium price of having to get the hard drive open up. The owner was very friendly and responsible, highly recommend!

I had a galaxy active and the charger was broken. I asked many different repairers and all rejected my phone. He took my phone and repaired it with a reasonable price. He told me because phone is waterproof it’s had to take led out and it may break but he did his best and fixed it like it’s first day. Thank to him.

Reza did it again. Was able to replace my iPad 3 screen quickly within a day. Price are very fair and he does a great job of diagnosing. We had a separate issue with the iPad that he fixed too. He takes his time and he is Apple certified. Remember that a repair is a repair — he didn’t break it
; you broke it. But he does the best job in getting it back to normal the best he can. He offers other services so he can be your one stop guy. He’s mine for sure. I’ve been to him four times and all four times have been the best! He’s the owner so you can count on him to make sure you’re happy. A++

Just wanted to write an update, the owner had contacted me soon after and he promised to «make it right» by refunding the amount paid.

I felt bad for having called late night after work and arrived at about 6:30 due to traffic. Awesome customer service, performed a test on my iPhone and repaired charging port upon final diagnosis. Diagnosis and repair was both prompt and and a very good price! I would definitely recommend to others! And if future problems persist I would definitely be a returning customer! A+!!!

$ 120 Dollars for my iPhone 6 screen crack repair. 1 month later *new* screen is loose.
Waste of money. I should have just paid for my deductible and got a new phone in the first place.
Ugh.

Having
in cell phones, I’ve seen a lot but never a screen as completely shattered and leaking fluid like mine… it was ran over by a seven ton truck.
I thought it was over…15 minutes later he handed me a brand new phone with tempers glass for free, something that costs up to 4o dollars.
There are good repair guys, and there’s people who set the bar for the best. That’s reza… I will never take my phone or recommend another store again.
HE IS ALSO DRQMATICALLY LESS EXPENSIVE.

Came here at 6pm on a Thursday after I had called them earlier in the day asking if they could fix the shattered screen on my iPhone 6. They told me to come by, and they’d be happy to help. I drove all the down in traffic after work on Thursday at 6, only to see that the door was locked and they had closed down for the day, even though the hours on the door AND the hours on their website clearly stated they were open till 7pm.
I went elsewhere to get my phone fixed.

My water bottle broke open in my gym bag, which also acted like my purse. Unfortunately water got into my iPhone of all things — leaving my change of clothes completely dry. After ricing it (yes, I turned «rice» into a verb…) for a few days and turned off, I decided the battery was shot. I gauged this because the phone still turned on, screen untouched by water, but the battery died extremely quick.
Anyhow, I remembered seeing a CPR (Cell Phone Repair) off Leigh and Camden and headed that way. I entered the store and it should have been a red flag when the couple in front of me were disappointed and left. The guy said it was going to cost more than $ 50 to get a new battery and take several days and didn’t know this or that. The customer service was HIGHLY lacking. A lot of one-​worded answers, and unfriendly at that.
One Saturday I went strolling down Campbell Ave and noticed this closet-​sized store providing services in all things tech. I walked in out of curiosity not expecting the great price for a new battery (at least $ 20 cheaper than CPR) and a very friendly guy; AND when I went back to get it the whole thing done, it took 15 minutes! And that 15 minutes was so the battery could get enough charge to see if I was satisfied… and I definitely was.

Shattered the front glass on my iphone 5 and was hoping to get a quick and reasonably priced fix somewhere near my place. These guys were 5 minutes from my office and offered the best price by far in Campbell area. The fix took less than 20 minutes and came out looking brand new. Would come back again for sure if accident happens! ;-)
