History

Established in 1964.

AmSea Group began on the kitchen table in a modest apartment in San Jose, CA. It moved to the garage after the papers began piling up on the kitchen counters. Then in 1982 we graduated to our current location in Campbell, CA. We still have most of our original clients we started with back in 1964. Many others found AmSea and have helped us to build this long lasting small company. We have continued to stay a family owned business after 50 years of service. Mark S.

Business Owner

Mark is a genius when it comes to taxes and tax code. He has helped & witnessed many people begin their lives as employee’s, to owning their own business and starting a family, and finally to retirement. He has seen it all and knows how to get the best from any tax return that comes his way.

Mark is a family man at heart, being a husband, a father of 3, grandfather of 2, and great-​grandfather of 2 twin girls. While going to to college he worked full time to support his young family of 3 while also saving every penny he could to invest in rental properties. To date, he has approx. 18 rentals throughout the bay area. He loves staying busy and toppling challenges, be it rental renovations, or a tricky tax return with a close deadline.

With 5 decades of experience you just can’t find the quality of his high expertise anywhere else in the bay.
