I was present when Lisa C was there today and gave the negative «unprofessional» one star rating. As a customer waiting to get my hair done Lisa storms in yelling at the manager Morgan about a time mix up. Morgan was trying to calm Lisa and said they would accommodate her «shortly» Lisa became more belligerent shouting” THATS NOT GOOD ENOUGH” and asked for it to be «half price then». She was relentless with her bad behavior and asked to leave. Lisa left shouting «IM GOING TO GIVE YOU A BAD REVIEW ON Unilocal!!!»
These are top notch hairdressers and professional in every way. To try and smear their good name is just vindictive.
BENIOTS is a Fabulous Salon that I’ve been going to for the past 3 years. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. My stylist Danielle is very current with all of her knowledge and she is always on time. It’s a lovely salon so warm & welcoming Danielle always does a fabulous job.(I’m posting prom undo that left the salon prior to me taking Danielle’s chair)
The environment is so warm and friendly. I love the art that hangs on their walls. The owner Kim Pontello is so kind to support a local artist Jackie Colello/​
I find all the stylist at BENIOTS stay current with their education and are professional and so fun to hang with — you won’t be disappointed. You can come see for yourself

Great place to get your hair done. Aveda concept and has great stylist. You cannot go wrong with any of them!
Nothing beats the scalp massages when you get your hair done.

I just had my second appointment at Benoits with Danielle. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her as a stylist or the salon as a whole. She listens carefully to what I want and seeks my feedback.
All of the stylists are warm and welcoming and treat you as if you are their client.
The atmosphere is casual but the service and knowledge of hair and color is top notch.
They even welcomed my four legged son and provided him with snacks during my cut, color and bridal trial. I am looking forward to Danielle doing my hair for my wedding.
Worth every penny.

A year later and I’m still paying the price for going here. Was told my hair looked red the other day. FABULOUS.

Great place! I found via the Aveda website and have not gone anywhere else since. I have not had a bad cut in the 10 times I’ve been there.

I couldn’t get in with my usual hairdresser in Boston before the holidays so I scheduled a last minute appointment here, by my home town. Don’t let the strip mall fool you — it’s a nice place — and it’s an Aveda salon. All of the women were very friendly and the service was great. I had Tracey do my color and I loved it. I got corrective coloring — she helped me match my original hair color and explained how the color would eventually fade.
