Aladdin Pool Service

Wow. I’m so glad I found this company. I dealt with Mark. Who was professional and knew what he was doing. I couldn’t be happier.
I was weary. I’ve had people in the past over quote and try to take advantage of my elderly mother. So much so that I gave up looking. Now I’m moving overseas and needed to find a reliable person and company. It’s so stressful. Well look no further. I’ll be personally recommending him to her neighbors and our friends.
I’m so happy he fit me in and even happier with his work. A true professional. I can now feel at ease knowing he’s going to take great care of my mothers pool and be honest.
It’s already looking amazing. Don’t know how he does it but I’m sure glad he does. Id give six stars if I could.

I posted a review shortly after Mark of Aladdin Pool Service had started servicing our pool. In the 9 months since, I could not be more happier, nor my pool look better. Thank you Mark for taking such amazing care of our pool!!!

We have used Aladdin Pool Service since ⁵⁄₂₀₁₁. Our pool chemical was out of balance as we had been trying to do it ourselves with help from Leslie Pool supply with no luck. Our back yard neighbor used Aladdin Pool and highly recommended him so we gave him a try. We didn’t have a pool cleaner, so had a Polaris installed. The pool is 35 years old and it has never looked so good. Mark and his family have kept the pool sparkling.

This is a zero start rating. I called Aladdin pool service to an estimate on pool service and I was quoted $ 105 per month over the phone.
The owner of the business showed up and said that I needed to pay over $ 2,600 before he could start the pool service. He wanted $ 1700 for a vacuum pump $ 500 for a pool sweep and $ 350 chemical treatment and that was just the beginning. then he proceeded to tell me I needed to change out all of my pool mainlines because they were too small, It was total bait and switch. I was speaking with him over the phone at no time did he ever say there was a pre-​inspection needed or additional charges may apply I decided to get a second opinion because it seemed overpriced and hey I am not rich! So I told him we would get back to him within 24 hours with the decision on what we were going to do. We decided to get second opinions and let him know that we’re going to get other bids.
This is when he completely flips out and became extremely unprofessional. I told him any reasonable person would get a second opinion when I was quoted $ 105 for service it’s only $ 105 per month and you want several thousand dollars. Then he proceeded to tell me his time is extremely valuable and he was going to bill me $ 85 for service call. So I try to phone him and work this out and he hung up on me. For being the owner of the business I was amazed at the horrible treatment I would never talk to a customer like he did.
I’m leaving this review here so everybody knows to avoid this pool service company and go with someone else who is trusted. This company will advertise low rates the try to charge thousands on the back end.

*** There’s no way I needed those type of upgrades I signed up with Greg’s pool works and they didn’t charge me any bogus fees or water conditioning charges you’re just simply trying to charge people bogus charges I got a second opinion and it’s what it should be 100 a month no hidden charges. I like how all of a sudden I post one negative review and you’re calling everybody you know to try and flood your page with positive reviews buyers beware!!!
