We have sites (lots) for rent, move-​in condition mobile homes for sale or rent, and apartments for rent. For all our rentals, water, sewer, and garbage pickup are included in the monthly rent. Residents purchase any other utilities directly.

History

Established in 1973.

Shawnee Plains Mobile Home Parks operates 2 separate parks — Shawnee Plains North, and Shawnee Plains South. Both are conveniently located in the Village of Camden, in southwestern Ohio.

It is a short walk to downtown Camden where groceries, pharmacy, doctors and shopping are all within the village.

The central location allows easy commuting to nearby towns including Eaton, Hamilton, Middletown, Oxford, Richmond, Dayton, or Cincinnati. The small rural setting of historic Camden provides for a slower, more relaxed pace of life.

There’s plenty of green space, mature trees and attractive landscaping within the parks. Here, neighbors are friendly, homes show pride of ownership, and there is respect for your peace, quiet, and privacy.
