Christmas & Associates, Inc. was established in 1989 by Dan Christmas and is a New York State based corporation which specializes in the acquisition and sale of land, forestry, land use planning and brokerage services throughout the Adirondacks, Tug Hill, and Southern Tier of New York. Our staff consists of five licensed sales agents, two acquisition specialists, and several foresters and administrative professionals. Our philosophy is simple: offer the best customer service, the finest quality properties with the lowest prices, and our own in-house financing at competitive rates.

Dan’s humble beginnings paved the way for his strong work ethic and passion for the outdoors. A graduate from Paul Smith’s College with a Degree in Forestry, Dan has dedicated his life and career to promoting responsible use and conservation of our most beautiful resource — land. He has been a licensed NYS Real Estate Agent since 1985 and licensed NYS Real Estate Broker since 1989. As an avid outdoorsman, Dan has hunted, fished and trapped in NY since the age of 12 and has developed a sincere appreciation and respect for the area.
