Windsor at Cambridge Park

The Windsor at Cambridge Park is a place where efficiency meets elegance. My girlfriend and I had the opportunity to tour the community not once – but twice due to the courtesies of both Elyse and Mel. The building’s amenities cater to a myriad of working professionals, small families, and international audiences – showcasing public spaces as shared private oases. If not for the lack of availability in their «A» 1BR unit, relatively high rates, and high occupancy we would have moved in immediately. Perfect place for working professionals in the Cambridge area. Lastly, again, the leasing consultants Elyse and Mel were extremely passionate about their jobs and successfully uncovered the value in living in a Windsor Apartment Home Community.

I wish there was 0 star for me to rate this company (Boston Office). Rule of thumb in business: BE HONEST WITH YOUR CLIENT.
Signed a new lease for this year, really excited about it because the leasing consultant showed us a beautiful 2b2b apt in June with floor plan K which has 2 water sinks and 1 bath tub, 1 shower room in a spacious master bathroom. He told us all floor plan K should be the same, except for some of the floor colors so we trusted him and applied for K floor plan the next day.
******First day move in:
HOLY COW. The design of the master bathroom is completely different: 1) only 1 water sink, with 1 bath tub. 2) smaller than the one we saw in June. The floor plan K they put on their website clearly stated that there would be 2 water sinks, 1 bath tub 1 shower room in the master bedroom so the apt we received is apparently NOT floor plan K.
******First attempt to solve our concern:
We had a talk with the consultant that showed us the room in June and he is quite nice and said this one is INDEED floorplan K except for it is a PARTIALLY HANDICAPPED apt. AND THEY DON’T THINK WE DESERVE TO KNOW THAT WHILE WE’RE APPLYING? He said such info should not be on the web according to the law but what about the day you showed usthe house? why don’t you tell us that there might be a chance that we get a different apt than the one you’re showing us? We showed him around the house and apparently it is not the one he showed us in June. Now that they insist that our apt is floor plan K, so they DO POST FAKE INFO ABOUT THEIR FLOOR PLANS ONLINE? WHY ON EARTH DO THEY DO THAT? just in order to confuse us? why don’t they tell us ahead of time that the design of different apts in the same floor plan might vary from one another? I cant help but suspect that they’re just trying to mess around wit
*****Result:
They offered us to move to anther apt with the design we want in floor plan K, however told us that the rent for that would be nearly $ 200 higher than the one we got. Why should we pay extra $$ to get the apt that we are suppose to get according to the contract?
****Words for future residents:
Stay away from the company that does not value integrity. Oh, oops btw, don’t trust the floor plan they posted on their website, because at the end, you might just get a different one.
***Ready to negotiate with them further.

We love living here! Best living experience we’ve had, the staff (Ryan and Tyra) are amazing!! so helpful and accommodating. The apartments are spacious, lots of lights, the lounge area and the common area are awesome. enjoying our gym and the pool area. Hopefully we can stay here as long as possible.

This is a great place to live! The leasing staff live on site and are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is also very responsive and friendly. They frequently sponsors parties and events with food and drinks. The building is amazing and has beautiful courtyards with grills and a pool.
Our apartment has a great kitchen and bathroom. It also has a full size refrigerator, washer, and drier. The walls are thick so we never hear our neighbors. Largish walk-​in closet in our bedroom. The front closet is small so we are a little tight on storage.
Easy access to the Alewife (red line) into Boston. You can also quickly get out of Cambridge on Route 2 in the morning. It is also a 15 – 20 minute walk down the bike path to Davis.
My only criticisms are that they usually have loud techno music in the lobby and gym which is a bit irritating. They also have big screen TVs all over the building that are on all the time. I wish that they would make these motion activated since they are just wasting electricity 95% of the time.

I moved in at the beginning of March 2015 and am extremely happy I chose to live here. I looked at a few places around Boston and this was the perfect fit for me.
The leasing staff are all so friendly and always remember your name & say hello. They are more than willing to help with whatever questions you might have.
The building and my apartment are great, wonderful amenities, and the pool is about to open!
My only suggestion to new residents is to take the T as much as possible. If you have to drive in or out of this area during rush hour, you’re going to be miserable.

The building is beautiful. Apartments are spacious, the best bang for your $. Great amenities. Location is great because it is within walking distance from Alewife. Grocery store, stores, hotels and restaurants are within walking distance as well.
Cannot say enough good things about the staff. They are just a notch under hotel staff but I promise that if they could they would be making your bed every morning ;).
Check it out. I promise you will not be disappointed. I saw every building in Boston/​Cambridge before moving here.

We love our new home at Hanover Cambridgepark! The staff is AMAZING — so friendly, helpful, and they truly care about us. We are new to the city and they’ve made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable in our new environment. Plus, the five minute walk to the Alewife Station helps us get around the city, including the convenience of Davis and Harvard Squares. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are impressive. Also… with all the snow we’ve gotten this winter, the streets and sidewalks are always kept free of snow and ice. Finally, if you’re a pet owner, this is the place for you!

So far so good!
There seem to be a few minor hiccups accompanying the newness and rapid influx of new residents, but the staff does an exceptional job addressing any concerns. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly.
Overall we’re very happy and optimistic for the future of this complex.

When I toured the building I was extremely impressed by the apartments and amenities. I looked at several other great apartment communities but none offered the same value. I moved into one of the first apartments available. My apartment looks as beautiful as the model I saw. I love having a kitchen with lots of counter space and cupboards, it’s a pleasure cooking in it. I rarely hear my neighbors (very different from my last (average Camberville) apartment, in which I heard way too much of the neighboring couple’s fights). The common spaces here are fantastic and the courtyard — which started as bare cement — is almost done and looks as good as the architectural renderings. I can’t comment on the pool courtyard but have no doubt it will also look great.
What also sets Hanover apart is the staff. Whenever I’ve needed something they are helpful, patient, and deal with the issue quickly. They are really friendly and want to make things right. They offer package pickup service, so you don’t have to worry if you aren’t home during the day, and they have been adding other services like dry cleaning.
The downsides are the limited parking (though I expect that will be better once construction is done) and the area isn’t that interesting, you’re living near a bunch of office buildings. At the same time Alewife station is only a few minutes’ walk, there is a shortcut to the Belmont bike path, and the Arlington bike path is very close. Oh, and there is indoor bike storage.
