You wouldn’t even be able to tell that this is a food truck, the food is that great! I’ve tried the fried haloumi sandwich and the curry pumpkin fritter — both had great flavors and had a fresh taste to the vegetables. My favorite part about the food truck is that the guy who is working the food truck makes an effort to learn your name! When food is ready, he announces your name, which really adds a personal touch to the experience.
Minus one star because it’s a little pricey (~$ 7) for a food truck and because they randomly don’t have certain foods (e.g. my favorite haloumi sandwich!). I will definitely be back and encourage you to check it out at least once.
