As a coach, I am convinced we can all find satisfaction and pleasure in our work. How we work, and whether we can bring ourselves fully to our work, has a great impact on our effectiveness and fulfillment. I have seen transformation in clients’ lives as they step into their roles as leaders, early career professionals, career or job changers. As clients start new jobs or are promoted into leadership, onboarding coaching helps them establish themselves with confidence and skill.
My approach to coaching is consistent with the philosophy that we are human beings first, and then we have experiences, jobs, skills, etc. that we incorporate into our lives and work. What’s Next Coaching uses a variety of approaches so that every coaching program is customized to the client’s needs and requests.
Change and growth come about through new awareness, new perspectives and new practices. Guided by a coach and mutually decided upon goals, transformation can happen.
What are your goals? Career growth, leadership development, work and life balance, career redirection or re-tooling, finding a new job — any or all of these might be your goals.

History
Established in 2006.
Check out: www. whatsnext-coaching.com.
In 2005, after my first career as a therapist, and toward the end of my second career in leadership roles in human resources, I was at a loss for what was next for me. I was not finding satisfaction in my work, and more importantly, I felt I had lost sight of myself along the way. When I finally found a coach who helped me articulate my vision for myself and my life, I was on my way to starting What’s Next Coaching.
This is a story that is not unfamiliar to What’s Next coaching clients. So I understand the obstacles, challenges, fears and blahs that motivate us to seek out help and guidance from a coach. I have my own experience of the magic that can result from changing one’s life and career, and being guided by a coach.
Because I believe in the coaching process, and I understand how growth and change happen, I find great satisfaction in guiding people on their personal and career journeys.
