This is a sort of training café run by Le Cordon Bleu culinary school inside their training restaurant called Technique. It’s mostly pre-made stuff ready for takeout. Prices are low for the area, and in the few weeks it’s been open, the menu has changed somewhat, which I expect it will be doing regularly. Some days the café is randomly closed. I picked up a Southwest Chicken Wrap there today. Sadly I don’t think they had the ingredients listed anywhere; I discovered after I opened it that it had avacado, which for some reason makes me vomit. The remainder was a bit hit or miss, like Technique’s food in general — one half was really spicy, the other half not so much. It’s so convenient to my office upstairs, I’m sure I’ll be back to press my luck again in the near future.
