We are an authorized dealer for Mondaine, Skagen, Bertucci, Seiko Ananta and Seiko Astron GPS, Movado and ESQ Movado, as well as some brands with very limited distribution in the U.S.

Specialty sizes and genuine exotic European-​made leather straps to fit famous Swiss brands including deployment buckles.

Watch bracelet repair and replacement services including imported European stainless steel mesh and links of all sizes up to 30 mm.

Convenient location on MBTA Red Line (Harvard Station). Easy to find as the store is marked by the first official Swiss Railways clock in the U.S., just outside our door.

Established in 1995.

Swiss Watchmaker has been located on Church Street since the 1940’s. It was expanded in 2001 by Time Techno, Inc. to better serve our international community. We successfully imported the first official Swiss Railway Clock in the U.S., our magnet for watch enthusiasts.

Meet the Business Owner

Susan L.

Business Owner

Also known as «the Lady with the Hat,» Susan owns and manages Swiss Watchmaker. She has been in the retail business, specializing in timepieces, since 1991. With the help of local master watchmakers, she strives to combine exceptional customer service and technicians of talent. Throughout her ownership of Swiss Watchmaker, she has remained intent on evolving to the demands of the local community. In her own words, «The customer experience has always been paramount to our business.»
