Servpro

I have had two occasions to call Servpro of Cambridge/​Belmont and in both cases their response has been terrific. They are in a business that you only need when you have some sort of disaster (in my case water damage), and their responsiveness is all the more appreciated. They are excellent and their people nice, courteous and very professional. They bring in the equipment they need and then leave things neat (and dry) as a pin. I give them the highest marks!

Quick response to clean up our recently flooded basement. Sergio and crew were on scene within a few hours, all water was removed, ruined carpets discarded, and within a couple of days of drying the mold smell was gone. Hopefully, I will never need their services again, but if I did, they would be the only company that I would call.

My daughter is attending school in Cambridge, MA and broke her ankle on May 5^th, jfinals week. We live in Arizona and ran into a bind and needed help fast finding a company to pack out and store my daughters items over the summer. Her roommates backed out sharing a facility, the night she broke her ankle, and we needed to find something fast. I’ve worked with Servpro in Arizona and thought I would call the local Servpro in Cambridge/​Belmont to see if they could recommend a pack out company to assist. I called thier office and left a message with the answering service. Within 5 minutes, I received a call from the Servpro owner, Michael Pridham. I explained the situation about my daughter and asked if he knew any names for pack out/​storage facility. Michael first apologized about my daughter situation and then said they would take care of my daughter! Oh, by the way, Michael called me while on vacation in California. He told me a Sergio from the office would call and handle everything with my daughter. Within 15 minutes, I had a call from Sergia — amazing again! Sergio bent over backwards making sure my daughter was taken care of while my wife and I were 2000+ miles away. He brought her boxes and even asked if she needed help packing. Little to say, everything was handled quickly, professionally and our anxiety was short lived.
I’ve never worked with the Servpro franchise in MA but they were awesome from start to finish. Michael and Sergio bent over backwards to help and we can’t thank them enough.
I’ve always believed that good people make a business successful. When you have a franchise owner and an employee that care, good things happen. I can certainly say without a doubt, that Servpro of Cambridge/​Belmont made our lives much easier.

Sergio was the contact from Servpro for our Condo Association following the damage we incurred from Hurricane Sandy. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated his work and not only that, his compassion during a very emotional time. He was very throrough with his assessment and review of the demolition recommendations for our building and came back 3 times to further review the damages with various contractors and insurance adjusters. Sergio was easily accessible from his cell phone or the call center which was great as several people in my building were connecting with him on various questions for their specific units.
The demolition work was completed yesterday, on schedule and after walking into my unit, apart from a missing ceiling, I never would have known there was construction work going on. They were very careful to cover my cabinets, granite countertops and furniture. I didn’t find one spec of sheetrock dust, which is something I was fearing given the amount of work that needed to be performed. Great job to the entire team and I hope their recongized by their Management team this holiday season!

Servpro of Cambridge are my heroes! They were prompt and cleaned up my flooded basement in 1 day. It was amazing. They were polite and efficient. Sergio checked in on it for a few days and his team took care of everything. They went above and beyond in helping me clean up. The water and the musty smell are all gone. I would definitely use them again
