I had a gentleman named Mo come out to our house in October 2014. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I received a quote within a week and my husband and I were not ready to move forward with the project at that time.
Fast forward to September 2015… I reached back out to Mo to see if we could re-​evaluate the quote and get on the calendar to have the project completed. It is now FEBRUARY and I have never been able to get Mo on the phone and we still have not scheduled any time for the project to be completed. I have sent more than 9 e-​mail to him and have left equal numbers of messages on the provided phone number.
I hate to start all over again to find a new contractor, but my February resolutions are now in effect and I am moving on.
So long Mass Energy Lab! Sorry you are not interested in my business.

They took our deposit, didn’t contact us despite many voice messages and emails over a period of 2 weeks, then never showed up and their office was cleaned out. This was all at the beginning of Dec with winter coming on!
Eventually they did contact me and return my deposit. The story was that the CEO had suddenly left the country without notifying any of the customers and no one else in the company did either!
Not good!

All the reviews mention the great communication, which is important to me.
So I sent an email to them, no response for a couple days.
So I left a voicemail with the phone number on the website which says «WILL MEET YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS OR SCHEDULE». No response again.
I figure 2 tries is enough and I am not going to chase them down to give them my business.

Very professional to start, liked what they had to say when he looked in our attic. Was told he would send a quote later that day. that was 4 weeks ago. no one answers the phone and no follow up. I’ve called over 10 times with no luck.

I called and made an appointment with a very friendly and professional Mo for 1 week away. Mo never showed. I called the cell he gave me and the company number and left voice mails. No response.

Honestly, no need to shop around at all, just hire them. Their prices are competitive and they are super professional. We have a new home and we will soon move in. I had a rush job that needed to get done while I was out of town and before the painters came in to paint the whole house. They visited the house same day as my call and got me a quote, we had a contract same day and work started a few days later. They coordinated the whole thing from afar, including getting a needed certificate from an electrician that had done some work. They provided me with real time updates of their progress including many pictures, etc. I returned home the following week and the job was completed as discussed and on time. There was a minor issue that we’d discussed (not even totally their fault) and they offered to credit us for the amount without me even asking for it. Super professional, excellent customer service and they know insulation better than anyone.

These folks have been a pleasure to work with. They were exteremely professional and very knowledgeable of insulation and proper venting. As a general contractor it was great to work with people that met their budget and cared about the outcomes as much as I do.

Very responsive. Incredibly professional. They are awesome.

Don’t even bother calling anyone else. Mo will take great care of you. He was definitely the best communicator reaching out to me at every stage of the process. I had other contractors tell me to call them if I don’t hear from them after they came by for an estimate. If you want a company that knows what they are doing call Mass Energy. Thanks Mo!

I surfed the net in search of solutions to get rid of the condensation on the inside of the windows on my new 3-​season porch. My son, who is an engineer, gave me some suggestion, and when I read a review from someone in my town who had had the same issue, I contacted Mass Energy Lab. Mo contacted me within a day. He came to the house on time, was polite, looked at the space and explained in detail what he would do and why. He gave me an immediate quote for the service. I emailed him with several concerns and he addressed them. It seemed important to him that his work would both solve the problem and please me. He came a second time and we set a date for the work to be done. The crew came when they said they would and did the job. It has solved my condensation problem. Mo called a day later to check in and wanted to be sure that it was done to my satisfaction. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with an individual who was polite and responsible.

This company contacted me about insulation services after I had requested a call back from insulation providers through
. I spoke with Mo from Mass Energy Lab who seemed enthusiastic about their services and that they could help with my insulation issues. We set up a Monday morning appointment at my home. Unfortunately, they never showed up. I called the company, which went to a voicemail and left a voicemail that I was waiting and missing work and would like to be called back. I never heard back from the company. No apology… no reason why they hadn’t showed… nothing.
