In short: Absolutely horrible customer service, I would go out of my way to avoid these people in the future. Have to chase after THEM to try and give them my money. The details: I called in December and spoke with Jessa Larson(one of the namesakes of Larson Cycle) to reserve a motorcycle that was to be released in February. I was told my name was at the top of the list and would get a call back when they had more detail. I never received a call back — so I called myself and was told Jessa was busy but she would call. Another week went by with no return call, so I called a third time and was told the bike(the only one they have in stock) was sold to someone else. I then left a voice mail for Mike, the owner, and never received a call back from him! I called again and finally got a hold of Mike only to hear ‘sorry, nothing I can do.’ Run, don’t walk, in the other direction of this place!

There is some guy, Mike Larson, pretending to be the owner of this dealership. If you are thinking of a motorcycle purchase, you need to head up to Cambridge quick. I’m sure whoever actually owns this place will figure out what’s going on, and broom this guy out. You see, this«Mike Larson» actually took stock of the number of accessories on my trade in FJR, and offered me more on trade than any other area dealer. Then, this guy sold me a new Gold wing for $ 1,000 less than any other area Honda dealer. I’m just saying, head over while it lasts. Oh, one other thing, there is also some well informed sales woman who is pretending to be his daughter. Pretty funny. I wonder why the actual ownership these two in charge?
