Business Owner
Jim resides in Belmont with his wife and three children. Jim attended Fitchburg State College, graduating magna cum laude in 1992. After graduation Jim was hired as a patrolman with the Belmont Police Department. While working as a police officer Jim attended New England School of Law earning his law degree in 1999. At New England Jim received the New England Scholar Award for Excellence in 1997, 1998 and 1999. Jim left the police department in 2003 to pursue the full time practice of law focusing primarily on residential real estate conveyancing. Jim is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Active in the Belmont Community, Jim is a member of the Town of Belmont Permanent Audit Board Committe as well as serving on the board to Belmont Youth Hockey. Jim is also a Director for the Cambridge, Arlington, Belmont Bar Association.
