Haft Rachel MD

This practice is the best. Rachel Haft has gotten me through numerous difficult times. She is patient, listens well, and I never feel rushed. The practice is just the right size– big enough to have good coverage but small enough to feel like you know the staff and you’re not on a conveyor belt.

Had my first appt with her yesterday and she was one of the best doctors I’ve seen. Very polite, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough. I’m looking forward to having her as my primary care! Even though the office is right off the busy Alewife Parkway, there’s a convenient parking lot in the back.

Dr. Haft is without a doubt, the best. If it weren’t for her persistence for a totally unrelated issue, I would not be here. She has been my lifesaver. She is dedicated to her patients and always makes me feel welcome, unrushed, and the most important person she has seen that day. Her staff is the best as well. I have no idea how large her patient list is but I always feel like everyone knows me. Not only is she so knowledgeable, she knows so many other specialists that are bright people which she will refer to you if necessary. The wait can sometimes be long but I will never complain. Any time I have had an emergency, she has been there for me. I can’t say enough about her care over the past 20 years.

Dr. Haft and the entire team is a 5 star category without a doubt. Over 20 years Dr. Haft has taken care of me and over the last 5 years has taken on my daughters and honestly, we could not be who we are today without her. Her dedication, concern, knowledge and attention to detail surpasses any other physician I have ever had in my 56 years. My family is a huge challenge I am sure for Dr. Haft but she takes each and every concern seriously and advises professionally and never ever makes us feel belittled like many physicians do. Alex and Joy and the entire team including Laura the office manager keep us all healthy each and every day. They deserve an award of excellence every single day. Thank you. Melignano’s.

Dr. Rachel Haft is absolutely the best pcp anyone could ask for. She is dedicated to helping her patients by putting the patient first. She answers all of your questions and in 20 years or so have never been rushed. Waiting for this doctor 15 to 20 minutes is no big deal, she is worth the wait. I would wait as long as it takes for such a competent doctor. Many patients feel the same way I do about Dr. Haft and her staff and that is not only is she exceedingly bright but the level of trust is something that is hard to match. Her NP Alexandra Wilder is top shelf as well. What a great team they make. I thank them both for their compentency and I applaud them for the care they have given me and many others.

5 STARS! Excellent physician! She is patient, caring, and very thoughtful in her reasoning and treatment. You will never be hurried through your appointment, she takes excellent care of you and wants to keep you healthy! I really appreciate having a primary care who cares about me!
