Gregory specializes in Integrated Massage Therapy. A harmonious mix of Eastern & Western Massage modalites including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic massage as well as Thai Yoga Bodywork & Active stretching. I offer 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions tailored to your bodies needs. After a brief medical intake, and posture analysis, we determine the most effective way to get you RELAXED, pain free and/or to improve your range of motion and flexibility. I have helped clients recovery from Elbow Tendinitis, Sciatica, Rotator Cuff injuries and I’m currently working with several Ballet Dancers, Marathon runners and Martial artists. For office workers (and for people who spend too much time on their Crackberry’s & laptops) I have a special ½ hour routine that targets your neck, shoulders, forearms and hands that will bring you instant relief. Whether you are looking for a relaxing Swedish massage or you need your «knots» work out of your shoulders I can take care of you.

Established in 2007.
I have been a client of Bill Polk’s at Harvard Square Acupuncture and Massage since 2006. After feeling his work and seeing the effect it had on people I deceided to go to massage school myself. I joined Harvard Square Acupuncture and Massage right out of school and it was the best decision I have ever made.

I moved to Cambridge from Brooklyn, Ny to make a change in my life. I was tired of being in the service industry (bartender) and that lifestyle but I still loved working with people. I went to M.I.N.E (Massage Institute of New England) and found my calling. With the help of a Holistic Health Counselor I not only changed my diet, but my whole relationship with food and lifestyle. I lost over 40 pounds in 1.5 years and I have a lot more energy and I’m happier than I ever have been before. I now have a CAREER as opposed to a JOB. I don’t see it as «going to work» because I love what I do and I look forward to going into the office everyday. In my spare time I Iike to cook, play piano, take photographs and I’m learning how to Salsa. I enjoy Power Yoga, Biking, Running and Martial arts and I’m always looking for new ways to work out!
