History

Established in 1975.

We have been designeing custom homes and home additions for distinguished clients for more than 36 years now and many customers are comming back for the second and sometimes third time around with their new home and remodeling ideas. That is a great tribute to anyone in business these days.

Starting out in the basement of his home in 1975, then moving to an office in Cambridge in 1976, where we are still located today on the corner of Second Ave. Southwest and South Ashland Street in downtown Cambridge. Now called Designer Development Inc. (Also known as Dave Erickson Designers). We have been a solid community promoter for all 36 years in business.

Graduated from Braham High School in Braham, Minnesota.

Spent 3 Years at St Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota studing Engineering.

On the Job training for two years in Commercial Construction with various General Contractors in the Mpls./St.Paul area.

Two years training on cement crews in the local area.

36 Years of personally contracting and building of new homes, additions, remodeling. Bought and sold many new homes as well as remodeled homes that I have purchased for resale.
