Carlina helped me find a 2 BR apt in Somerville for an incredible price, on an very fast timeline– I wanted to find something for Jan 1^st, over the course of the weekend of Dec 18^th-​20^th. She was incredibly responsive, both texting me and e-​mailing me listings to look at throughout the process. She showed me seven places over two days. She arranged her schedule to show me apartments after 8pm, when I got delayed. She was on top of everything. It’s clear that she has a good deal of experience with apartments in the Boston area, especially Somerville/​Cambridge, as she was able to help me understand pros and cons of different areas, based on what I cared about, which helped me make my decision. It’s clear to me that when Carlina takes on a project, she gives it everything she has. This is the kind of person you want working with you on something like this.

My roommate and myself have just have an awful experience «working» with Carlina Nabatoff and the agency Keller Williams 955 Mass Ave #100 Cambridge Mass 2 138 (617) 497‑8900 She was unprofessional and a poorly represented not only herself but her agency. The agency has shown little to no regard for their «clients» and the experience some endure when they encounter an agent as incompetent as we have. Just documenting our complaint alone was exhausting and time consuming. Because it’s so long we are unable to even post the entire complaint on Unilocal because of its length.
All I can say is if you work with this Keller Williams agency please use caution and take your time when selecting an agent. Don’t just agree to do business with the first broker that walks out and has the time to sit down with you or possible show you their OWN listing that day. If you do decide to take on business please GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Don’t agree to use the shaky at best «Dot Loop» applications, they don’t process well and after all the difficulties we inquired using them we doubt the security of the system in the first place!
Carlina cashed her brokers commission check for $ 2,450 equal to one months rent a week before my landlord had even seen a dime or signed our legal lease. She stated to me several times that no one cashes checks unit a LEGAL lease is signed. My bank charged me $ 140.00 overdraft fee for her early check cashing as well! That Friday when I went to pump gas and was unable too it was followed by a bank visit.
When I text Carlina about the over drafting I was upset. Stated that she wasn’t a very good broker and from this point forward I asked her not to contact me. I would be driving from Maine to Mass the following Monday morning after requesting a meeting with her boss Tom Heany. From there on he «took» on the finishing touches to my lease finally being signed.
My experience with Keller William’s has only gotten more surpassing and worse since he has gotten involved! I have reached out to their «owner» Jessica and she conveniently on her way to Hong Kong for several weeks and referred me back to Tom. Who when presented with my six page complaint read it in lighting fashion and proceeded to tell me that he still felt Keller Williams had no accountability for any of the wrong doing or misleading.
Its all about their checks and that’s it. Clients needs come in dead last. No one is held accountable or takes responsibility for there actions! They are not representing Keller Williams with integrity and leadership that the brand is normally known for.

Carlina is without a doubt the most easy-​going and helpful realtor I’ve ever worked with in the Boston/​Cambridge area. She moved quickly and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She even negotiated our terms with the land lord. If you’re looking for an apartment, ask Carlina to assist you. She’s worth every penny you’d spend on a realtor fee.

Carlina my roommate and i found as a happy surprise en route to another realtor’s appointment last year; her office was nearby. i have nothing but amazing things to say about her. she’s prompt, quirky, caring, well-​meaning — note that i have never seen all three characteristics in any of the other realtors i’ve met in the boston area — and had an awesome selection of high-​quality hand-​picked apartments in our moderate price range that we had not seen on the rental sites ourselves. as others have said, she will stick with you through the whole process and you can have her help you weed through the many listings and maze of realtors, which is quite helpful. the apartment we ultimately chose was through her connection, and as promised, the management company has been prompt, attentive, and receptive — unlike many, many landlords in the area. she is a gem. i heartily recommend her for your rental needs — not without a little nervousness that she’ll be too swamped from this point onwards, in case i ever need her again. ;) she’s everything in a realtor you would want.

I was apartment shopping with a tight deadline (less than a month), and Carlina was absolutely brilliant. My prospective flatmate and I went over to discuss it with her in the late afternoon and by the end of the night we’d viewed half a dozen or more apartments and found two that were ideal – both completely out of our price range, until Carlina negotiated down to 75% of the owner’s original asking price. And not only did she put in the late hours that night to accommodate our schedules, but she put in more hours over the weekend to move everything along as quickly as possible. Ultimately, we closed the deal with time to spare.
Not only that, but a few months after we moved in we had some appliance trouble and were unable to reliably get in touch with our landlady. We called Carlina to ask about the laws in Somerville, thinking to take care of things ourselves. Instead, Carlina went to bat for us again without our even asking and within 24 hours, the issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction.
If you’re looking for a real estate agent, I can’t recommend Carlina highly enough.

I feel like the best review I could give is to say that I now feel like Carlina and I are best friends.
But I can go into detail too.
Carlina was incredibly helpful for me throughout my entire rental process. She really was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. I started my search in late October, looking for a December 1^st move in date. Altogether they were unideal conditions for anyone to look in. She accommodated pretty much any need I could come up with during the search. We met at odd hours, she stayed late with me at the office, helped me charge my phone, took me on many multiple visits to certain locations, collected lists of apartments in my range, and always tried to find exactly what I was looking for, never pushing a house I said I wasn’t interested in.
2 months later, I’m happy in my place, and I needed her help with something. She answered me within the hour, dedicating a bunch of time to helping me out.
Best of all, she’s been super super responsive in pretty much every method she’s provided me for contacting her.
I’ve lived in 6 different rented apartments over 7 years of living in Boston. I can look at an apartment and know if I want to live there or not, but Carlina definitely helped me through the whole process too. Really fantastic. I cant say enough, but I’m probably saying too much now. Trust her.

I had a very small time time frame to relocate from Albany, NY to the Boston area for a new job. Carlina was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She was able set up apartment viewings in my limited weekend schedule and then helped me secure the place I loved that same day. She was able to answer all of my questions and did a great job of staying available and in communication throughout the entire process.

I recently moved back to the Greater Boston area. I had a short window and a lot of options as to my new place and I somehow found Carlina through numerous real estate listing sites.
I met Carlina at the first showing and knew I would stick with her through the entire rental process. She was very warm and receptive to all my wants and needs for my future home. She helped me pinpoint the right area based off of commuting, noise level, pricing, etc. Through the entire process she kept an open dialog and before I knew it, I was signing for my new place.
I appreciated her familiarity with locations, open communication and her ‘cradle to grave’ service. I have recommended her on multiple times and look forward to working with her again.
