Cambridge Forum

One of the greatest community resources.
It offers one a chance to attend a free live lecture each Wednesday night, minutes away from Harvard Square. Topics are timely, and of a Public Affairs, Humanities bent. This year’s theme is: «Is this America?» These are must hears if you’ve been feeling we’ve needed to ratchet our «eternal vigilance» to ‘Code Red’ during the current administration. (but note: Speakers are bi-​partisan)
Each lecture is followed by a question answer session.
Through coordination with Harvard Book Store (not the coop), copies of the speaker’s latest book are often available for purchase and signing, because the speaker is often here as a stop on their book tour. Many speakers are university professors, political analysts, activists, attorneys and professional writers.
If you can’t attend the content is available on tape and through NPR broadcasts.
