This was by far my worst Chiropractic experience ever, and I have been seeing chiropractors on and off for more than 15 years.
Problem 1: After making it clear that I was in excruciating, I can barely walk pain, the doctor told me that she couldn’t treat me the same day, but that I would have to come back to be treated in the future. In all my years of chiro experience, including having now been to 2 others in the directly surrounding area, this has NEVER happened before.
Problem 2: They are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. There is constant confusion about payments, how much one owes, whether or not doctors are in or out of network, you CANNOT trust that they will be able to verify anything with your insurance company accurately or correctly, etc. Oh, and they only take cash, but never have change. Really? A doctor who only takes cash? Again, never heard of such a thing.
Problem 3: After 3 or so visits (which I regret having done in the first place) the doctor said «huh, you seem to be my problem patient for the week. I can’t seem to quite get at that one area where you’re out of alignment.» She was entirely incapable of helping me get better. Again, I have never had a chiropractor who was unable — physically, professionally or what have you — of providing services that offered some degree of relief.
Avoid at all costs and go to Dr. Grossi or Dr. Maddalo near by — they are both in an entire other league above!

Same day appointments NOT welcome! After our son experienced a few days of a stiff neck and pain while on vacation, we called Cambridge Chiropractic Center to see if they could see us that day and take both our insurance coverage. The woman who answered the call indicated she would get back to us in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, we called back and after some clarifying information she said she’d call us back in ten minutes. We did not hear back so we drove by the office one hour later hoping it would be better in person — plus we were willing to pay if insurance wasn’t resolved. When we arrived they told us that we could not do initial patient exam and treatment on the same day due to insurance?! We stated we would pay the difference for same day and could they take us. They said they could so we waited and waited. After seeing numerous patients come and go we asked if we could make an appointment to come in later but they kept telling us that we couldn’t and the Dr. would be coming right out. After 90 minutes of waiting we left frustrated and chose a different chiropractor who was highly rated in Unilocal.His office was similarly busy but he accommodated us and did exam and treatment within 10 minutes of arrival.
Since we never got in to see the chiropractor we can’t comment on her performance but she seemed nice and accommodating when we spoke to her briefly upon arrival. The front office, however, was unprofessional. They did not return calls as promised, they were elusive and non-​committal when we tried to schedule a time with the chiropractor and every time we threatened to leave they said she was coming right out for us yet she never did and she saw multiple patients while we waited. This is not any way to treat a new potential patient.
