Bought two pairs of sandals here. They are sooo cheap. If you actually want to walk in them for more then 20 minutes do not buy them

They were not helpful in the least. I had bought shoes a size up at the recommendation of a sales person. Now that I find that even with inserts they are still too big. I traveled so far to return them to the Cambridge Galleria Mall location and they would not return it for me. I dont have the original paper receipt but I do have the emailed receipt. I think this is bad customer service and I will not be shopping at Call It Spring ever again.

DONOTDONOTDONOTDONOTSHOPATTHISSTORE!!! My shoes fell apart within ONETIME of usage for an HOUR. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I was told a million different stories from them, and they even left me messages, all with different stories. After buying a pair of shoes that broke the first time i wore them, i took them back to the store and the manager kindly ordered me new ones… to the wrong address!!! I called customer service because i saw the address was wrong on my account and she changed it an assured it would go there. GUESS WHAT-it didnt. After calling several times(and waiting for over 30 minutes several times) i was told they had to open up a UPS investigation and then i would get refunded. UPS called me right away and we both realized it was Call it Springs fault-as usual. THEN– I called the next day and they told me it would take 8 more days until the investigation was closed. 30MINUTESLATER– i got a message saying that the investigation was done and I had to go back to the same store they ordered the shoes from to get my refund. JUSTTOLETYOUKNOW-ILIVEINFLORIDAANDBOUGHTTHEMINNEWJERSEY. When I went back to new jersey I stopped by the store to get the refund and the Manager called customer service who said the investigation wasnt over and it would be 10 more days until i could be refunded!!! I repeat: DONOTDONOTDONOTDONOTSHOPATTHISSTORE!!!

Bought a pair of shoes, really cool loved them. I wore them twice and one shoe fell apart, it was just sort of a defective shoe or something. Went back a week after purchase and asked for a new shoe, told them I loved the shoes and just wanted a replacement. I called first to make sure the manager was there. The sales associate went in the back to speak to the manager. The associate came out and said the manager said no. I then asked to speak to the manager, they said he «just left» and that for sure he would not replace the shoe because they couldn’t resell that shoe. Crazy! It was defective, worn twice and they fell apart and they wouldn’t replace it! And, it had only been a week since purchase! And the manager ducked out so he didn’t have to deal with a customer Even if he did leave, wouldn’t he see there was a problem and try to fix it besides hide and leave! It was truly immoral.

Rubber Sole «Hey you! Let’s have lunch at the mall! Do some christmas shoppin, eat somethin, Lunch is on me AND and pair of shoes, ‘k?» «Huh?!» Spring is to shoes what H&M is to clothes. Cheap, stylish. Cheap. Did I say cheap? I meant to say Dirt Cheap. Par Example: I recently saw a pair of cute flats(Ahhh yea, for girls, wanna make something of it?) at Tess for example. They had that crinkly leather, kidney bean toebox, this year’s in vogue ‘ballerina’ construction upper thing going on plus some Miu Miu inspired piping. Somewhere around 400 bucks. Nice enough. Similar, albeit slightly less sophisticated designs are at Spring for… 20 bucks Well, 19.99 actually. I’d give them the penny, but there’s no tip jar. Meanwhile, I’m paying more money for a pair of socks elsewhere. Impressed, I am, but wonder where, how made so cheaply, young Unilocaler. Most of the Women’s boots are 60 bucks. Or less. I turned over a bunch of the tallest shiniest ones, the highest tag was $ 130. How do you make money like this? I would stay with the 60 dollar range, it’s just as stylish and not made any worse. They might as well price everything at $ 43.99 to make their register slips easier to read. Plus no price tags, whoo, major cost savings… The Men’s shoes and boots are equal in stock and style, surprisingly. The«upper end» of their sexy time shoes(let’s call them manshoes) have rubber soles like every shoe in the store, but are painted and embossed to look like cowhide. Lame. Guaranteed to look horrible in like, 2 days. Avoid at all costs, unless you need $ 120 dress shoes for one event. I do my recon like a good boy. Turns out they are owned by Aldo. Nice move, because Aldo’s uninspired and overpriced for what it is. Spring seems more stylish and much cheaper. Payless Shoes, across the corridor, looks forlorn. Too bad for me, because they are one my clients.
