Homeopathy supports the body’s own healing energy by providing the information it needs to rebalance or re-tune itself.
It works especially well for health conditions with a mind-body connection, such as stress-related headaches or digestive problems; also for women’s conditions like PMS, infertility, menopause, fibroids, recurring bladder infections or vaginitis.
It can also provide a natural alternative for anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Begabati works with children for learning and behavior issues, and to strengthen their immune system.
She especially enjoys working with women committed to personal growth who want to use homeopathy not only to address health concerns but also to support their life’s purpose on earth.
For more information on how homeopathy works and the research documenting its effectiveness, see our website, www.greenhealing.org, and check out the short video in which Begabati introduces herself and her practice.
History
Established in 1996.
Begabati’s homeopathy practice is a natural outgrowth of manyyears of interest in holistic medicine.
She grew up intending to become a physician like her father (who helped develop Doppler ultrasound) or research biochemist like her mother (who helped develop the Pap smear).
As a Harvard undergraduate she discovered natural/holistic medicine, and from 1977 to 1992 she ran a health food store and worked as a nutritional counselor.
She then trained as a homeopath with Dr. Luc De Schepper and with him co-founded the Renaissance Institute of Classical Homeopathy.
Dr. Luc, an internationally-distinguished homeopath, mentored her into practice, which she began at East-West Health Services in Cambridge in 1996.
Begabati attended nursing school in order to add a background in health sciences and Western medicine to her practice.
Now located at the cutting-edge Lydian Center for Innovative Medicine, Begabati’s homeopathy practice is grounded in both natural and conventional medicine.
