Specialties
I am trained in Deep Tissue, Injury work, Swedish, Sports, Neuromuscular, Myofascial work, Prenatal and Reiki. I like to incorporate numerous techniques into my sessions depending on what each clients needs. Each sessions is developed specifically for the client with the idea that everyone needs different techniques in order to heal. I like to work with clients over a series of weeks/sessions to really restore balance to one’s body. All my sessions are done on a sliding scale so clients pay what they can each time I see them.
History
Established in 2010.
I started this business because I feel that more people should have access to body work. I feel that it is difficult for people to pay for body work when we’re in such a tough financial time so I thought I’d try to make it more accessible. I really believe that everyone should be receiving massage to maintain balance within their body and mind. I want people to feel good in their bodies and walk through their lives feeling the best they can and I hope my work can bring them closer to that.

Business Owner
I studied at Cortiva Institute in Watertown, MA and graduated last year. I studied numerous modalities there including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Swedish. My program was very science heavy and focused strongly on understanding the body systems and anatomy. I was a school teacher for 7 years before getting into massage and still teach pre school now. I am currently going to nursing school to further my knowledge of the human body and also explore where massage fits into the medical field.
