One & 70 Shell Store

I stopped at this place because of the Burger King attached to the convenience store, but I also needed to use the rest room. My first impression was walking through the Burger King area, which on a quick glance, looked fine.
The rest room, however, was not so fine. The stall door lacked a latch and swung open quite freely. While there were soap and towels, etc., it didn’t look clean at all, and there was graffiti on the stall walls.
Returning to Burger King, it seemed nice enough, and the staff was friendly, but the soda machine (one of those new Pininfarina-​designed machines) didn’t want to stop dispensing, and things around the counter were a bit sticky. The food was okay, but I didn’t try much. I want to give it four stars but the rest room really was a problem for me and the overall cleanliness didn’t seem important to them. It’s not completely inconsistent with Shell convenience stores that include a fast food place, but that’s hardly praise.
