Vapage Premium E-Cigarettes

I have had quite a few different kinds of vapor pens the best of which by far has been one called U-​turn by Sparks industries in Camarillo. The customer service representatives, Jeanie and Cassidy, were a pleasure to deal with.

Recently, I was very unsatisfied with an order I received just about one month ago. It was the VPro starter kit. NO! I did not just start vaping, but I had been doing the E-​Cig thingy, and was content with Vapage, as I have used them exclusively for over the last two years. I may have even been a bit harsh, when the service I counted on getting, did not meet up to par. BUT! Vapage made everything alright again, and I am vaping «Big Time» with my new tank. I had to upgrade to a build-​able unit, but, they comped me for my troubles, and everything is great. Thanks VAPAGE… It took a few times, but, I must say that in the end, you «do» stand behind your product!!!

Their warranty kicks ass! I had my uturn battery go out after I dropped it and they swapped it out with no problem. They’re constantly running sales so I’ve lucked out lately, I got my last order free with their rewards points. I felt kind of guilty last time I went to my usual vape shop when they started asking me about my new mechanic mod I got from vapage but it’s better then the chinese stuff they have. I am just stoked the finally started carrying sub ohm stuff.

I genuinely love the sour apple & vanilla cartomizer refills but the product itself has been poor lately. I recently took advantage of the «8 for 50» barfly offer. I started vamping with barflys so I was excited to try them again. Sadly, the offer was more like 1 for 25. Out of the eight only 2 worked at all. I reviews the order with the company’s review process & was sadly disappointed that o was never contacted.
This is not limited to the barflys. The refills have also started to suffer. In the package itself you can see the liquid has spilled from at least 1 in every 5 pack. In the latest one I opened three of the five were useless.
The products (when not damaged) are great. That being said if the company doesn’t start to address the issues I will find a better provider.

Best flavors, best tasting ecigarettes on the market. I have personally tried nearly every brand and vapage has by far the best taste and longest lasting cartomizers. I have been a customer for two years now and I absolutely love them! Customer service is tremendous!

The U-​turn battery along with the XL crystal are amazing.

This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my ENTIRE life! After I place the order, I was contacted via email that they need to verify my date of birth, and they asked me to email them back with my valid I.D. Right now it has been 4 days since I sent a copy of my driver’s license to them, they never updated my order nor did they contact me.
I tried to call them, email the company, email the person who asked me for driver’s license, no one ever picks up the phone or reply to my emails. They have online chat support on their website, which is fake. No one ever chat with you.
The money has been taken off my account and I can’t cancel my order on their website because «this order is no longer available to be edited»
Do not buy from them.

Never receive items on time, NO customer service, overcharged, lost orders.
I have used this company to purchase my products for many many years. I have consistently received gotten incomplete and missing items from orders. Ordered, then wait for 3 to 5 weeks for an order. Gotten wrong tracking information. I’ve just been lied to by customer service time and time again about my order, the status of my order, etc. I am very disappointed, and have tried to speak with ANY one to help with these issues, still no answers. Even after leaving voicemails because no one picks up the phone, still no one calls.
I have spent a LOT of money. I am out of patience, and have tried repeatedly to resolve this problem with the company, but their seems to be no concern on their end even after spending hundreds of dollars. I have found another company that has customer appreciation, and deserves my loyalty as well as all the money. It’s too bad, I wish I could have worked it out but after all this time, nothing has changed… only worsened and have been treated with complete disregard and disrespect for the last time.
There are a lot of other similar companies that have the same and better products and for LESS MONEY, FREE SHIPPING, AND RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS IN 2DAYS.

I’m new to e-​cigs… I purchased two starter kits from a local smoke shop in Thousand Oaks. One was great, one had a bad battery… Contacted Vapage and they immediately replaced the bad battery with no questions asked… Great company, high quality e-​cigs, most definitely will continue to do business with them. This is the first cigarette replacement (anything) I’ve ever used that got me to quit smoking. I’ve tried gum, lozenges, patch, Rx (chantex), etc., and have not found anything that could help me quit, until Vapage. Would recommend their products to anyone who either wants to quit smoking or wants a high quality vaporizing device. They are amazing!
