I recommend this UPS store highly. Chris was extremely helpful on assisting with my postcard job. He was very friendly, patient and answered all my questions. I will definitely return to this store specifically for any future print jobs. Thanks again ! I can’t wait to receive my shipment

They have their own parking spot that helps on Tuesdays when the parking lot is full of the cars going to $ 5 Tuesday movie theatre!

I use them to pack and ship everything I sell at ebay. Always very nice people working there. Never have had any problem.

If you have AAA you can get 5% off! They have a parking spot assigned for them but usually other people from other stores take it!

I’m in here A LOT and these guys always take care of me quickly and efficiently. Never had a problem with packages or tracking and they manage to offer resolutions to silly shipping problems with great haste. The owner and employees are attentive and friendly and I choose this UPS store over all else, can’t say that’s a bad thing. Great job guys!

Wow a local place that has it all. I first went there for a notary and they were awesome. I used them for shipping a TV, which was refused by others… and they just come in handy…
Good people make it easy to work with. Clean store!

Just went to this store today for notary. It took about 5 minutes to get it done. So quick and convenient. I noticed the staff is friendly and helpful as well. Definitely they earned my business.

The employees are always nice and helpful here. They always offer to help me with my packaging.

The manager is very rude. His employees are great. When I shipped some boxes there, the manager, Chris, disregarded the handling of the boxes and turned them sideways to scan them. He seems to be a very lazy guy. No people skills.
Since there is no way to do a rebuttal to a rebuttal, I will just add here. The boxes that I «drop off,» are boxes pre-​paid by a company that does $ 10s of $ 1000s a year with UPS – not with just me, alone, but with other shippers, as well. Chris, the owner/​manager, is not interested in taking boxes that people drop off, only if he is making his own money on the boxes. He does not realize that those $ 10s of $ 1000s a year made by UPS are a part of what allows him to keep his business in operation. Also, it is good for his PR if he bends and complies some with the customer. Chris seems to think that I work for him, when, in fact, it is the other way around.

Chris and the staff at the store are fantastic!
They know all the tips and tricks for shipping and are prompt, courteous, and helpful. I’ve had my business adress and a mailbox there for over a year now and have always been happy, impressed, and well taken care of!

OMG! This place is a find! We were trying to get a new PO box and they were there. So helpful and kind. The girl processed our request so fast. You can get your UPS and all mail delivered there. We have had issues in the past in our neighborhood so we wanted a new safe place. This is it! They greet you with a small, have copies machines not like Kinko’s, all mail stuff and stamps. I am so happy we found you UPS Store you are the best! thank you

So glad I found this place! Needed to print some documents that had just been emailed to me.
Had a little difficulty finding them, they are a little tricky to spot. They are near the Quiznos and Baja Fresh, next door to Paseo Nails.
Very clean and friendly. They let me use the computer to pull up and print without making me pay for Internet.
Overheard that they also do notary, and of course they do shipping stuff. Much more convenient and cheaper than Kinko’s!
