I am sure when you are coming to this office it’s not because you want to! It’s because you have a medical reason. Sometimes the people that work here are nice but more often not. Why would you work in the medical field if you have no empathy and a bad attitude ! Re-think your Career path if you can’t handle working with people ! Make sure your orders are here BEFORE you come in others wise you will get attitude. Mary and Natalie was kind the others not.

Tried to get in touch with Quest to request biopsy slides. Followed their procedure(download form, complete, fax)…wait 30 days. Try to follow up, phone number labyrinthe leads to recording stating ’”We are closed. Try back when we are open. Our hours are 7 am to 6 pm M-F” guess what? 10 am here on the west coast. So THEYAREOPEN, but just refuse to speak with their customers! Hate hate hate.

I think the major issue with this facility is that they have 2 women running the entire office. There is an appointment every 15 minutes and numerous walk ins. When you check in you are asked to sign in and sit down. Once I was helped the lady who assisted me was absolutely outstanding, professional and quick.

«Maya» at this location was horrible. Did not respect my appointment time at 12 even though I was there at 12:02(said i was late!), changed my time in, right in front of me to make it look late, took her friend who was there without an appointment ahead of me, would not give me the phone number to supervisor Joshua Ramirez, rude and confrontational, unprofessional and ghetto attitude. Should be fired!

Long waits and they seem to be short staffed. Many people were confused by the sign-in process(apparently people can’t read signs). Overall the whole process took a whole lot longer than expected, but everyone was nice and this is still the best place to get my blood drawn. Pain free and no bruising.

Quest doesn’t really deserve a single start. This location and other locations are all gravitating towards robo-dehumanized low income clinics. This business model is purely focused on revenue and cost reduction without little regard toward patient welfare and customer service. No matter which location you attempt to use they all are staffed with minimum wage demoralized employees with poor attitudes and extreme inefficiency. Recommend using the other hundreds of other labs that offer better service and efficiency. STAYAWAY. The word is getting around! Take heed!

After leaving work early and picking my elderly father up from his home to get a necessary blood test, they decided to close early. No sign, no lights, door locked. nothing. :You cannot do this to the elderly people of Camarillo. I have seen them do this to other elderly people who may have a very hard time getting places. I saw an women begging and crying at the door once and they just ignorded her. They have a monopoly in Camarillo now but I am not ever going to this lab again. I will drive to Ventura if necessary.

It is what it is… a lab. For the most part, everyone there is nice and efficient. Just don’t try to make friends with anyone. They are there to provide a service. Get you in and get you out. Can’t be mad at that. :)

Beautiful courtyard, spacious and clean modern waiting room, no wait, friendly staff; what more could you want for a blood draw? Don’t turn into Police Department parking lot, it’s on the other side of the wall. Parking easy right out front of the white building.

Terrible experience. I’m a young guy with a medical history. I know my way around the medical community pretty well. This Quest, provides, «hands down» the worst customer service. They choose not to answer the phone. I asked the kid behind the counter how they expect to do business with patients if my Doctor can’t call. The young man tried to tell me that the Doctor line would ring. He was lying because I was calling on both the Doctor Line and the Patient Line with no luck. Anyway, the only way to talk to them is by going in «face to face». Later that day they called me with my test results and I got the phone number. Their direct line is: 805−388−9712.
