It is unfortunate that they feel they need to raise the lot rent every year. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you have to. $ 1200 a month for lot rent, paying water, trash and sewer plus a mortgage was too much. The owner will eventually outprice the residents… or maybe that is his goal. Disappointed because I really thought that I would live there for years but two years of drama was enough for me.

Their management sucks big time don’t even think about moving here! They claim to be family friendly, their not. They are constantly on your case about every little thing. They don’t want you parking on the street and if you do they tow your car. How do they expect us not to park on the street when they don’t have enough parking spaces for everyone they are not rational at all!

This place has the worst management. I’ve caught these guys peeping into homeowners windows. Their parking «enforcement» is a joke. If you don’t want certain things to happen then turn it into damn senior living. I would highly advise for you not to buy a home here. They are not family friendly and I certainly wouldn’t want to raise my kids here. We made the wrong choice by having a baby shower at this location and they pretty much kicked all of our guests out. What a way to welcome in my new son. Thanks for nothing Lamplighter management!

management is now trying to «move» a property line in one space, to make room for the $TOO BIG$ home they put in next to it. taking out brickwork, brick planters and chopping fruit trees. manager was heard saying «its his park-​n-​he can do what he wants»
even though the resident has lived there for over 17yrs!
Not a Pleasant Place to live…
talk to several present owners before you put your life savings here!!!

The place fired the gardners and the security patrol that patrolled at night (bad idea since the gangsters are taking over). Now the on-​site manager walks around the place in the evening and early morning (dark) hours and looks at residences… spying around. At night he writes tickets and puts them on cars… So if your visiting you better park in your friends driveway or out on a public road. He’s easy to spot… no matter the weather he’s in short pants… so if you hear something at 4 or 5 AM… It may be him lurking. DON’T MOVE IN HERE… MANAGEMENT SUCKS, PARK SUCKS.
