First time ever here after my usual stylist from another salon got sick and had to cancel. I don’t have many days off so I was sort of in a bind. Walked in and was set up with Ja Ja to do my hair. I was super apprehensive just because I had never been there and found it via good olé’ Unilocal,but I have to say i am definitely a believer! Ja Ja is definitely an artist in every sense of the word. He took one look and run-​through of my hair and basically said, «yep. I know what we’re doing.» I actually got nervous and said something like, «can you give me an idea because I can’t envision it…» Well. A new hair style and a few shades lighter later, I am NOT disappointed. He’s been there for 8 years and knows what he’s doing. He may be my new hairstylist! TRUST ME– you won’t regret it!

I love my nail lady, Thuy Wilson! Over the years that I’ve been getting acrylics put on and pedicures, I’ve had my run in’s with horrible to average nail salon and ladies. Finally about 8 years ago I met Thuy and have been faithful to her ever since. Her work is amazing, her prices are reasonable and she manages to fit you into her schedule whenever is convenient for you. I won’t go anywhere else ever again!

Bella is such an awesome hair stylist & so incredibly sweet and kind. She got rid of my orangey, overpowering highlights that blended way too much into my own skin color in one visit without damaging my already processed hair. She is a perfectionist at what she does and won’t let you out of her chair until she’s satisfied with her own work, which says a lot about her character and work ethic :)
The lady at the front desk is also so sweet and friendly! she’s made every booking/​rescheduling so easy and fast

I have been going to NANCY N. For my nails for years. She moved and this past weekend found her again. She fixed my botched nails that were the wrong shape and the wrong color. She listens to exactly what you want and helps an indecisive person get the right color every time! I just adore her. She’s great at fun designs. I’m going to post some pictures to prove it. She’s just awesome.

Love my hair cut. Bella is awesome! I have long hair to my waist she made it look great. This is the first time in years I have someone to trust my long locks. She does a great blow out too.

I got my haircut by Bella Lopes. I went in for just a dry cut. She was not pushy at all on trying to get me to do shampoo or style. I mean my appointment was at 7pm. I’m just going to go straight home and shower! Hahha. She is great and made me feel really comfortable. I would definitely recommend her. I’m want to get my hair ombré but I’m not sure yet. If I do I will definitely go to her! Thank you Bella!

Came inn and saw Carol for a trim cause that was what I though my hair needed for it to feel healthier, she ended up treating it with a gloss and gave me a trendy new look. I absolutely love it. I highly recommend going in to see Carol

Nancy is an amazing nail artist who I’ve been going to for quite a while now. I always get a fill with gel and a design and not once have I ever been disappointed! She also gives a great pedicure! I pin photos on Pinterest so I can show her what I want and she nails it every time! She pays great attention to detail and is very good at free hand design. I am really particular when it comes to my nails and Nancy is the only person I completely trust to do an awesome job every time. I always get compliments on my nails! Give her a try and you won’t want to go anywhere else!

I went and had a gel manicure and pedicure with Janet. First of all, she did not push back or trim the cuticles like all other manicurists do. I did not really think this was a big deal since the mani/​pedi looked good when leaving the salon. After less than one week, my gel manicure was chipping and peeling off. I have gotten many gel manicures and have never had one chip before at least two weeks. Its not like I am a flippin construction worker and use my hand all the time! On top of that my pedicure chipped on multiple toes after only one week. This was absolutely a waste of money for me, and I could have paid that same amount some place else and gotten a much better job. I would definitely not go back or recommend.

I was in desperate need of a trim and on my way into Trader Joes I notice the Salon is open.. on a Monday! I walked in and asked the gentleman at the front desk if it were possible for me to get a trim. I never been there before and had no idea who to go to got super lucky with Jaja. He trimmed my hair nicely and suggest I do a toner on my washed out blonde hair. I did it and was so pleased when I left and impressed with his timelyness as I have pretty thick hair and have spent hours in a salon chair for a trim.

BEST massage of my life. Seriously, book a massage with Debbie Folino at Image Resorts Day Spa as soon as you can. She is incredibly warm yet professional, attentive, and extremely gifted at therapeutic massage. I’ve purchased spa services at several top resorts and Debbie beats them all — hands down. Go treat yourself!

Nicole is an amazing esthetician, I see her for Brazilians and she is by far the best at her craft. She will tell you that the second time hurts 40% less than the first appointment and she’s right! I go every 4 weeks and I swear it hurts less and less each time. She’s very meticulous so my lady bits always look amazing when I leave. She’s also super nice and easy to talk to so it’s a fun appointment. I highly recommend going to her if you want a Brazilian or anything else waxed.

Every appointment with Bella is always a great experience!
She is a great stylist and very up to date.
I have black hair and to turn it blonde is not a task other stylists have not been able to achieve.
She makes me feel like a star and continues to take hair classes as far as New York to further her expertise on color and style.

I see Saba who does Black hair. She comes from LA every two weeks. She does a really great job with my hair. Especially being I don’t have a relaxer on my hair. All Natural. She’s always on time, the shop itself is always on time. Everyone is nice here and respect each other. Happy I found her!

Came here w/​my best friend to get our nails done together the day before my wedding. They wouldn’t let us sit together and had a very limited selection on gel nail colors. Also, we weren’t offered tea, coffee, or water at all — which I thought was odd. The service itself was fine and my nails did look nice. If you are going with a friend and are looking for some bonding time with your girls, I would go elsewhere.

I drive all the way out to Image Resorts from Studio City to see Bella. I’ve been a loyal customer of Bella’s for over 10 years, and for good reason! She is a master at her craft and loves what she does. Always takes her time, and never makes you feel rushed. Staying current with the latest styles and trends is priority for her, so you can always count on her for the latest and greatest hair styles.
