Hometeam Inspection SVC

This was my first time using Hometeam Inspection services and I’m happy to say that Joe’s work surpassed my expectations. I’ve purchased homes in the past and used other Home Inspection companies so I have something to compare too.
The way Joe identifies the small details and nuances during the house inspection must take years to develop such refined skills. He will identify every little detail of the house that needs to be addressed, takes pictures and will take the time to explain to you what he finds, how it got there and what the remedy is.
He has a great personality and sense of humor. No matter how small or large the problem is, he explains how to fix it and his trademark statement is, «easy fix»! I love it.
Once the inspection is complete he will email you a very detailed home inspection document with embedded pictures, explanations, remedies and categorizes them into various levels of concern. By far, the most detailed home inspection report I’ve seen, but at a cost.
Sure you can hire a home inspector to do a quick job and identify the obvious issues, but to pay a little more and have Joe do it with precision is priceless. It’s an investment into your future, your home, your security, your life, so why not pay a little more. Other home inspections can cost as low as $ 295 and Joe isn’t that low, but you pay for his quality of work. When spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home, is it worth saving a couple of bucks here? Probably not.
Thanks to his thorough inspection, I have a better idea of what I’m buying, the challenges I’m facing and how to address these issues with the seller of the house.
