Our services vary: pre-purchase studies, building design and construction documents (permit, bid, construction drawings), renderings, models, and construction observation.

Established in 1992 Robert Opheim firm owner brought to the firm ten years of experience while working with other Puget Sound area firms.
We have provided professional services in: King, Snohomish, Pierce, Skagit, and San Juan Counties in Washington State over the last eighteen years.
Focusing on accessible housing, residential, multi-residential retail, industrial, commercial, office, multi-use, daycare, airplane hangars, dog kennels, and horse arenas.
Meet the Business Owner
Robert O.
Business Owner
Robert grew up in the north end of Seattle in the — suburb now city of Kenmore. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and has worked in Puget Sound in architecture for the last twenty-eight years.
He took the Washington State Architect License exam and received his license in 1992. Robert set up the firm Robert Opheim Architect in 1992.
He chaired the City Hall Committee for the Incorporation Committee for the City of Kenmore. Robert also provided pro-bono architectural services for the Northshore Boys and Girls Club building in Kenmore.
