After waiting 45 minutes in line to check out, waited in line at the food court for another 30 minutes to buy ice cream for the kids only to find out that they’re out of ice cream. Put a sign up dammit! Stop wasting people’s time! Does this place have any type of management employed?

Got some seriously stupid people working in the food line. Average wait for most(who want what’s prepared) is 5 minutes. Anything else which is Most of what they have to offer will take 20– probably forever but people get angry around 30 minutes tops. Worst of all is the stupid looks they give you when you don’t want to wait for their five star single cheese slice. I give their effort a flat ZERO

Just stood in line at Member Sevices for at least 10 min, to make a return. There were two registers open, until one of them went down, unable to print receipts, which caused a longer wait. At one point, there were at least 4 cashiers at the one available register. They kept allowing people who only needed temporary cards to step up, which is when I then asked at what point they were going to try and fix the non-working register to allow customers to make returns. In response to that, was a terrible excuse as to why there was only one register working but still no solution. Longer lines are expected around the holidays but this was ridiculous.

Going to COSTCO from now on. I’ve been standing in line for a hot dog for 20 minutes. These children move with no sense of urgency. The food is already prepared so why is this taking so long?

The absolute worst Sam’s you can ever go to. Avoid it all costs! They are really slow, unprofessional and never have anything in stock. Don’t waste your time. I I’m angry every time I go

Worst Sam’s Club in the area! No matter what time of day, the lines are always long. Today there were only three registers open with atleast 8 people waiting at each one. My membership expires in a couple months and I won’t be back. I’m staying with COSTCO… even on the weekends, their lines are quick.

This Sam’s Club is the worst or I have ever been to. The lines are always extremely long and they never have more than 5 registers open. They don’t care about the customer and I would never shop here given the choice between another Sam’s Club and this one. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

They try to push out close to expired meats and rotten fruits a lot. I have purchased two bags of oranges which appear to be good, upon my arrival home they’re old/bad. A lot of the spinach and lettuce is old as well, they should just toss them out and maintain fresh food for people to buy not this filth.

Wow! I wished I would have gotten the lady’s name that was a greeter. She was having a party and having a blast with all the people going in. The store was very clean.

Wow, it’s amazing how much can change in just a short amount of time with a place like this. I used to LOVE-love-love this Sam’s club auto section; everyone there was competent and knew what they were doing. I just got off the phone with someone who worked in the Auto section regarding tires. He barely had a handle on the English language and thought that they didn’t make my tires first then it would be one day to get them in, then one week, my tires are H rated(yeah, they don’t make those anymore? — Golly, you’re probably right, oh wait, you’re an idiot!)…I mean really??? Asking repeatedly to just look and see what I ordered last time,(since I’m a member) was too much of a task for this young man apparently — I hung up. I mean I can’t be helped by someone who knows less than I do. I’ll wait until hopefully he takes his break so I can actually get someone semi-knowledgeable to actually help like I did about a year ago… Wow… …By the way your just lost about a $ 300 sale right there, about $ 130 per tire(I need two) and my Sam’s Club dues… Not to mention, you know I would have bought some groceries… Good Job.

The most congested Sam’s Club I have ever visited. The lines in this store are ALWAYS long — they usually have 3 or 4 lanes open out of the 7 or 8 they have. The manager on duty will see the long lines but never open another register. I’ve purchased meat from this Sam’s twice and returned it because it started to smell after sitting in the fridge for a couple of days. Take a trip to the Sam’s Club in Indiana(Merrillville or Hobart) instead of visiting this place or better yet join Costco — they have better brands any way.
