Boskos Trattoria specializes in Home Made Fresh Pasta created in our kitchen fresh every morning, and Wood Fired Italian Style Pizza, plus hand selected wines from California and Italy, and 7 amazing micro brewed beers on tap with a long list of bottled beers as well. In an upscale, old world atmosphere with moderate prices. The service is fun and Boskos prides it self on being the friendliest restaurant in the Napa Valley.
History
Established in 1983.
Boskos Trattoria opened in March of 1983 to satisfy the need for freshly made pasta, and for good Italian comfort food. Owner Jon Seeger learned his skills on Restaurant Row in LA, at Pintore’s Italian restaurant, then moved to North Lake Tahoe to further his training. Our quality is unsurpassed by any Calistoga restaurant. Originally housed across the street from where we are now. Our new building was purchased in 1993, then we remodeled and retro fitted, and moved in to stay. Our building was build from rock quarried, on the Silverado Trail in 1888, and the framing is all original. The building with stood two fires that destroyed most of the town. If you look up into the rafters toward the rear, you can still see the charred wood from the fire.

Suzanne comes to us by the way of Texas, where she honed her skills in Italian dining. She brings to Boskos a great management style, and a love for Italian wine. Food, service, wine, and beer quality have all increased since she came to us. Boskos is extremely happy to have Suzanne on or team, please come by and say Hi
