360 Salon and Day Spa

An absolute disappointment. Planning from out of town for my wedding. Wanting a special experience with my mother the day before to get a manicure and pedicure. We talked to the owner who assured us that they do weddings and that they have champagne and a whole experience. What we walked into was a different experience totally. Only one person to do all of our services and not a nice atmosphere. Really ruined our day!

My sister and I were in town for a wedding and weren’t familiar with the area. Most places we called were booked cause we were so last minute. Kyla answered and we automatically hit it off and couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Staff felt life family. Mercy rocks at makeup and Kyla did my updo and my sisters blow dry so quick and it came out better than we had visioned. Thank you ladies… hope to visit your salon again!

I went in today for a cut and all over highlight by Mercy. Mercy did an awesome job! I love the results & the price was extremely reasonable. The salon is really cute & everyone was super friendly. Kyla helped me explain what look I was going for & I had an overall very enjoyable experience!

Kayla and her team were outstanding. They catered to my girls who can be discerning when it comes to their nails. However the true star of the day was Jen. You don’t know heaven until you have had a facial by this expert practitioner. I feel and look 10 years younger. I live in San bruno and have many choices. however I will travel the 60 miles every 6 weeks to have Kayla and her team pamper me. The products for sale were boutique quality one of a kind and some made by Kayla herself all very reasonably priced. Don’t leave with out purchasing a pair of the adorable earrings! FYI Jen spent the first week of the valley fire at the fairgrounds volunteering to help her neighbors… a true champion of the community. Calistoga is lucky to have her.

I decided to try this place due to the great Unilocal reviews and had a most wonderful experience! Kyla and Mercy are so kind and generous. Thoughtful customer service! Mercy spent a lot of time perfecting my french manicure with an array of tiny brushes. Love the massage and salt scrub exfoliation that came with the mani pedi!

Kayla did my hair for my wedding and she was great! During my trial I showed her a bunch of photos and she got the look I was going for right away. I was amazed at how good she made my hair look, so quickly! The day of my wedding she was right on-​time and even though I was running a few minutes late, she was a relaxed and calming presence and was accommodating. During the process, she took my feedback and kept playing with it until it was just how I wanted. In my end, I loved my hair and so did everyone else!

Kayla and her staff are amazing.
They are warm and friendly, and so accommodating. They are incredibly talented.
The prices are better then any in the valley. You will never be disappointed.

Go here if you are in the area! Fabulous services and better prices than the resorts in town. I got an excellent mani-​pedi from Mercy. The polish lasted a good two weeks without chipping!
And, I got a terrific massage from Sheila Rossi. She is amazing! One of the best massages I’ve ever had and she bent over backwards to accommodate a last minute change in my schedule.
The folks who work here are really sweet and know how to take care of their clients. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

Not a fan. I was originally going to get my hair and makeup done here for my wedding. The prices seemed reasonable and the location was close to my venue. I was coming up from LA and had an appointment scheduled way in advance. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. 20 minutes later someone finally came by and told me to take a seat in the back where they were doing another bride’s hair for her rehearsal dinner. They said the makeup artist was running late and they would do my hair first when they were done with that appointment.
When it was finally my turn (about 40 minutes after I arrived on time for my appointment), the person doing my hair (Mercedes I believe) started out friendly enough. I did over hear her complaining that she wanted the day to be over which was kind of frustrating because my appointment was exciting for me and I felt like a big burden to her. I had pictures ready and explained to her what I was looking for. One of my bridesmaids was with me to offer opinions on the final look. The stylist talked me into a different style which I agreed to try, but ultimately did not like. We tried a few variations of that style, but it still wasn’t what I was looking for. The stylist became visibly agitated and became short with me when I asked if we could just go with the original style I had come in for. I think the main issue was that she didn’t know how to do it, but she didn’t admit to it. She found a way to do what I had asked, but used a bunch of hair spray against my wishes. The style was close to the images but was uneven. I left disappointed and in search of a different hair place.
I was also turned off by the salon itself. It was cluttered and outdated. Not the type of salon I envisioned for getting ready with my girls before my wedding. I ended up at another place but used their makeup artist. She is a contractor and not affiliated with 360 from my understanding, but they were the ones who recommended me to her and set up the initial appointment. But she was awesome and deserves 5 stars for herself.

I recently had my wedding hair and makeup done at Salon 360, as did my wedding party. We had fantastic experience at the salon!
They are typically closed on Sundays, but opened for the day of the wedding to accommodate our party. Kyla, the owner, was really friendly, reassuring, and in communication with me leading up to the big day. She was considerate in working with me on our group’s schedule to be sure we would be out of there in time for our pictures before the wedding.
Each of the stylists (Kyla, Mercedes, and Breanna) was skilled, professional and friendly. They each did a wonderful job with all our different hair types, style requests, and tweaks, and did so in a the reasonable amount of time they had promised. I had my makeup done Kristina who did a beautiful job. She listened to my feedback and gave her professional input on what would be best given the time of day, photographs, etc. I don’t know much about makeup, so her expertise was really helpful! A few weeks before the wedding, I did have a pre-​trial for both my hair and makeup, and am happy I did. I came back with some minor changes and both Kyla and Kristina made the changes without a problem.
I cannot rave enough about Salon 360. Not only was each person we worked with talented in what she does, each had a warm, friendly demeanor that made for a fun and relaxing morning on what could have been a stressful one. If you’re looking for a salon in the Calistoga area, look no further than Salon 360!

Long overdue review right here. Kyla is amazing! My first appt with her was just over a year ago in august of 2013 — her sister had been doing my hair for a few years before that. Kyla does a great job with my highlights and always manages to fit me in on short notice! Super friendly staff and AMAZING prices. I’ve also gone tanning in their standup booth and left with a beautiful glow. Kyla is hilarious and makes you feel right at home, I highly recommend her services!

I moved to Calistoga 4 years ago from Southern California and had a difficult time finding a hair salon (my hair lady did my hair for 15 years). I tried 2 other places in Santa Rosa before and they were just meh. I decided to try out 360 which is right by my house and I could kick myself for not trying them out sooner. Kyla, the owner did my cut. I didn’t want to lose a lot of length, just wanted an actual shape and style. I LOVED what she did! Not only that, she was friendly and quick! I’m in a wedding in a few months and I have a few wedding-​related events to attend and I plan on heading in for a trim, maybe some color, oh and I would love a spray tan! They are totally affordable, which is difficult to find in Napa Valley!

The 360 salon in Calistoga has left me impress with my hair. I went in with my hair roots the size of my index finger (which is bad if your hair is dark but dye it blonde all the time) and she was able to pull it off leaving my hair fabulous. When you dye your hair blonde but don’t keep up with it, its a risk. She has proven to be a color hair specialist plus she gave me the v hair cut i wanted as well. She’s a artist. My friends /​critics loved it. I also decided to do a mani and pedi (heaven) the girls are extremely friendly and knows their stuff. They also have tanning services as well. My new favorite place. This place is Beauty World for girls!

I live in the East Bay and was in Calistoga visiting a friend who treated me to a Hot Stone Massage with 360’s massage therapist, Sheila.
The massage room is roomy and decorated nicely, with a nice temperature. Sheila makes you feel at ease straight away and her massage is excellent. She asks just enough questions to get the massage how you like it but not too many that you can’t get in to a relaxed state.
I can only say that all other massages will be spoilt for me in the future as they will be hard to compare to this!
Would highly recommend getting a massage here if you are in the area and if you live in or close to Calistoga you should become a regular, I know I would.

Very, very disappointed with the services received at this salon. My pedicure paint job was probably the worst one I’ve ever had. Very messy job. Nails not filed and shaped properly. The blowout of my hair was just pathetic. I left with flat lifeless hair after asking repeatedly if she could give my hair more volume and lift. The sisters who own the salon are as nice as can be, but that does not excuse the poor job they both did. I was also overcharged from the price listed on the website.

These ladies were fantastic and very accommodating. I had a bridal undo and make-​up. The environment was so welcoming and friendly. I also went the day before to get a massage… if you haven’t been for a massage, do it. I had their male masseuse and it was just just what I needed.
Overall, this little hidden gem has great service, prices, and friendly staff!

I had Calistoga 360 booked for my July wedding on location. My hair was done EXACTLY as I had hoped for. half up with long loose spirals with some silk flowers in it and Swarovski pearl embellishments (which I provided). Everything held in place beautifully despite a lot of dancing (and I found out why after I took it out… so many bobby pins!). My maid-​of-​honor was able to easily remove the veil and my hair held together wonderfully. I would definitely recommend Kyla to other brides. Plus, their prices are AMAZING — very reasonable compared to what some other places charge for wedding hairdos.
Additionally, Kyla was able to fit in my bridesmaid for some simple styling on the day of without any advance notice. She looked beautiful, too.
Why only four stars and not five? I booked Calistoga360Salon a couple months ahead of my wedding date, and on the day-​of at our appointment time, there was no one there yet… so once I called they rushed over and apologized a million times over. They have recently switched appointment systems to prevent something like this from happening again, but it was a little worrisome at the time! After that slightly stressful moment, I ended up with amazing, unbelievable hair.

I had just donated my hair to locks of love, and come down to the salon for a fix up of my quick cut. My hair looked all right in the salon (no shampoo/​washing) the girl cutting my hair cut it COMPLETELY dry. I have super THICK hair, and asked her to wet it down a bit to prevent if from becoming uneven, (which she did not). The next day after I had washed and blown dry my hair I noticed how absurdly uneven it was. I had to FIX my hair myself, which mind you, they told me looked cute when I first walked in. I have never cut hair in my life before. NEVER going back.

These girls are amazing. I had a wedding in Pope Valley last year and they were extremely accomodating to myself and wedding party, they were super fun and comfortable to be around and my hair and makeup could not have been any more perfect, I was so psyched with the outcome and I highly recommend this salon, it is such a joy to look through my photos and be reminded about the amazing job that they did.
