Great experience in the pharmacy. The short, red headed gal was a delight! Very helpful!

This is my regular pharmacy. I think the staff is very friendly, they get to know you by name, and most importantly I trust the pharmacists and pharmacy techs. My hesitation in a perfect review comes from too many times of a drug being promised to be ordered, then not actually there.(medication isn’t meant to be delayed with an excuse of another day, or two) They also would benefit from hiring an extra pharmacy tech in weekday evenings, I’m not too crazy about general store staff seeing my personal health information. The people, however, make me come back to this particular pharmacy for my Rx needs; I have a choice, and despite what I mentioned, I still choose Calimesa Walgreens. Kudos to the staff, I know you work hard, its recognized.

Pharmacy seriously needs to extend their hours. They are always backed up, never have the prescriptions ready when they say they will be and then make you wait for another 30 min after u go at the designated pick up time for them to fill the prescription that doesn’t even require pill counting it’s a box they just put a label on. Or get more staff. Saying it’s been busy is getting to be a terrible excuse.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this Walgreens. There are times when the lines are long and I have trouble finding what I need, but most of their employees seem like they care about their customers. The pharmacy could use a few more employees but they’ve always taken care of me. The photo staff went out of their way to save me money and make sure my pictures looked great. And the front cashiers seems to really have fun working with people.

February 2015… New insurance: What Medicare does not cover, IEHP covers. I am told that I am 100% covered, and do not have a co-pay. My IEHP card also states NO copay $ 0.00 for anything… I showed it at Walgreens. Instead of looking to rectify things… it became Twilight Zone… The girl persists on explaining me over and over again, why I am asked to pay… Well, Walgreens charged me $ 1.20 per prescription. I have argued galore. ~ All to no avail. I am told by the State that Walgreens’ records must be wrong… They also suggested that I switch Pharmacy. Walgreens was sort of the closest… but, I am not getting anywhere. Questions are: Am I fighting people working for Walgreens, or Walgreens? Do I go to a different Walgreens? Will the same problem occur at different Pharmacies? I have reached a brick wall. WHY do I have a card stating Rx co-pay $ 0.00???

The pharmacy technicians seem to be rude at times when I pick up my prescriptions. On a few occasions I felt like they would tell me the type of medication prescribed for ADD/ADHD was on back order or some lame excuse not to fill it for me. The last few times they came up with excuse after excuse. At times I felt like I was being judged for the types of medication I’m prescribed. I Don’t go there anymore!

Still contiune to get the worst customer service here. I hate this is the only place in town so if I want to go somewhere else I have to drive to the next town. Sigh

I love this Walgreen’s, not because its in a prime location, whereas they have progressed in building more convenience marts in an area that was once desolate a few years ago, but also because they are one of the friendliest helpful employees around, I rarely wait in line(ok I know, once again not too many inhabitants) but nonetheless, I always have a pleasant visit each time I have shop there. Plus they have some items, thought you’d never think they’d have.
