Excellent vet and we’ve been using this vet for several years. Dr. McMillan is a great new addition to this small country feel vet’s office. There is always a wait, but it’s always worth it.

My mom took her dog here because she was weak and throwing up a lot they told her she simply had a stomach flu and gave her antibiotics and sent her home i had a feeling it was more than that she was so weak n throwing up so much 2 days later she died they obviously don’t know how to properly check on a sick animal rest in doggy heaven Harley ‚(

Always nice, professional and I trust them with my pets. I have been using this vet for over 10 years and have never had a single problem. I can’t say as much for other vets in town. They might not be the least expensive but they are the best. My bulldog actually loves going there, all the girls up front are so sweet to him.

5 stars for Dr. Price, but 2 stars for unreasonable tests and costs, without proper diagnosis!
Dr. Price is very personal and caring. I really DO like him. He is always so caring with my two dogs. Unfortunately, he apparently needs to to pay his large staff. There are always at least 3 techs, just kind of ‘hovering’. The point is: I really like Dr. Price, because he really does spend a lot of time with us. He, personally, is a wonderful Veterinarian.
Sadly, looking back over all of my bills, from CALIMESA VETERINARY CLINIC, I am upset. EVERY TIME that I brought my 12, 13, 14 plus year old SAM that they obviously had ten years of records on… THEY (DR. PRICE), always ‘ordered’ A ‘complete’ series of tests… always including…4 mandatory” SENIOR” XRAYS, plus at least 3 or 4 ‘Complete Blood tests”, of course. Always, at least, $ 400.00, and then, always…“He is Fine” or, «It could be a lot of things, or just his age.» ???
When I took him to Green Valley Veterinary, Dr Ellis was so caring, and calm with Sam. He completely diagnosed him, and figured out the problem in minutes, without hundreds of dollars of tests, and stress. My long suffering 15 year old Sam seems to have ‘new life’ and is no longer itching, licking, scratching 24 hours a day. He is so much happier.

I could tell my long story but it will save me time if I just say this place was great. I plan to return here if needed in the future.

We didn’t even make it in to see a DR. The ladies at the front desk were so rude. My husband walked out before I did. Would not recommend to anyone or any pet!

I took my standard poodle here when he was bitten by a rattlesnake. They told me it was something else, like an auto-​immune disease. Long story short… my dog had to be put down. They are NOT very knowledgeable here. I’m never going back.

Outstanding. All the vets are caring, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I take all my family pets here. Highly recommend!

Blaze loves all the doctors. Dr. Ngo, Dr. Graham, and Dr. Price are all fantastic. They are all professional, friendly and they take the time to address every concern or question you have.
The staff is wonderful and honestly I really love each and every one of them.

I have never had a positive experience at a Vet, until I came here. My German Shepherd Sissy gets very nervous at the Vet and she is usually treated rough and as though she is dangerous (she’s not, she’s just scared). The Dr. here obviously genuinely cares about his patients and he took time to connect with Sissy and make her feel comfortable during her visit, which I can not thank him enough for. The exam cost was the same as it is everywhere else I’ve been ($ 38).The medicine he gave her for her rash/​bug-​bite worked within a week, and it was not overly priced either. I will be taking her here from now on.

We take all of our pets to Dr. Price, he is simply the best! Our daughter worked for him many years ago in another clinic and said he is hands-​down the best surgeon alive! He has done spays and «tooters» for us, even our bunny! He takes time with us and answers all our questions, always goes the extra mile, just a lovely guy! We have also seen the other vets in this clinic, all of them caring, patient and kind. The staff is wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about this place and so grateful they are here. We live in Redlands, the drive is well worth it!

Dr. Price is a good guy… BUT… be prepared for HUGE charges due to unnecessary tests. they take advantage of the good paying customers at their most vulnerable moment. your financial interests and your pets best interests are not aways their priority.

In the past decade or so I’ve gone to 3 different vets in the Redlands/​Highlands area, and for one reason or another have moved on from them because they ended up disappointing me. I love our animals, but just as I am prudent (and frugal) with medical care for the humans in my house, the same applies to animals. Nothing that turns me off faster than an alarmist vet. Recently one of our dogs had a condition that needed to be checked, so I decided to give Calimesa a try, since I had heard very good things. We saw Dr. Price, and I really liked him. Very practical, reassuring and professional-​and he offered advice about what could be done at home without my even having to ask. He looked at the condition and said he felt confident it wasn’t serious (something I was also reasonably sure of, but wanted a professional opinion to confirm.) I have gone to other vets that will guilt you if you question the need for expensive and sometimes distressing tests (when you know it’s likely you could address it on your own)-and I got none of that here. I couldn’t believe it when I went to pay the bill-​for an exam and some shots it was only $ 60. Friendly staff-​they obviously like where they work, which says a lot. Highly recommend!

My pets are well taken care of when they are there. My poor pup had to get stitches twice and they were so kind and helpful. If you live in the Yucaipa/​Calimesa area this place is the best. I do not recommend the vet on Yucaipa blvd.

The staff is friendly and Dr. Price is extremely good with our two cats, even the skittish one. You can tell that he really loves working with animals. They came highly recommended by a friend.
