Two Guys Collision Centers

Let me start out by saying that Two Guys does in fact do decent work, but, their customer service is absolutely horrible.
My fiancé and I dropped our car off on January 4^th to have the bumper fixed, when we dropped it off they quoted us that it would be complete on January 11^th, they NEVER called us to tell us that it wasn’t ready when they said it would be. They then said that they would have it finished on Tuesday, January 19^th (today) and sure enough, IT STILL ISN’S DONE! And guess what… THEY DIDN’T CALL US TO INFORM US OR KEEP US IN THE LOOP!
In my eyes, customer service is just as important as the work you do, and the work they do isn’t good enough to put up with crappy customer service!
We will never again be going to Two Guys, and I suggest you don’t either.

How does this place have any 5 star reviews? It’s because they are BS… ZERO stars is the most accurate rating.
I took my chevy to two guys collision and got it back with a broken headlight. They fixed the fender and the hood where the collision had happened but the headlight was still OBVIOUSLY broken. And it took 6 days longer than they quoted. They NEVER called me to give me any updates. Not one time.
When I complained the short dumpy woman screamed at me and blew cigarette smoke in my face.
Avoid this place like the plague. They do terrible work and their customer service is awful.

I have used Two Guys at least 4 times in the last 7 years. Each experience has been fantastic. Twice they repaired fender-​benders on my truck. Each time, they handled everything professionally — timely, high-​quality, courteous. My most recent time was this past summer. After damaging the right-​rear quarter-​panel, I brought it to Two Guys. They handled the interface with the insurance company smoothly. And they have relationships with the local car rental companies, so someone was waiting for me to take me to the rental shop. My truck was finished early — Two Guys kept me updated via periodic texts and a call or two. When I arrived for pickup, they walked me through the repairs, took care of the final insurance paperwork, and called the rental company to pickup the rental car. I walked away quickly and satisfied.

Amazing service! A friendly and polite staff kept me well informed throughout the process. Technically sound when it comes to repairing/​replacing today’s modern automotive «bells and whistles» as well as the outstanding body work. They certainly made a painful ordeal a lot less painful. Thank you Two Guys Collision Centers for a job well done!

I had the best experience at Two Guys! They were informative and very helpful and ensured my car would be looking brand new! It took them about 2 weeks to fix my car and I’m very satisfied ! I would recommend them to anyone !

These guys do such amazing work! The manager is wonderful and keeps you up to speed on the progress of your vehicle. They also don’t drag around, if they can get your work done sooner than originally anticipated, they will. Their prices were also the lowest I found in the tri county area. Very happy customer!
