The journey of working as a Software Developer, to starting a cutting edge technology company «MYZEAL IT Solutions» has been very challenging, but interesting. Over the years I have acquired lot of skills which are NOT taught even in B Schools today. In my professional experience, I have been involved in setting up operations for startups or new BUs in a large company, which gave me an edge of learning the business traits apart from monitoring technology growth. Experience of setting up new teams, hiring and managing the entire unit on P&L basis helped me to develop both from business mindset too.
