US Nail

I usually go here for pedicure and had had an ok experience so far. However, yesterday was a totally different story. My daughter needed her upper lips waxed so they told us 5 minute wait. There were only 2 staff members doing some pedicures. We waited for about 40 minutes! By then 7 more customers had arrived and they were finishing with the two customers they had originally. So the guy goes to set two girls on pedicure chairs, opens the hour and leaves. Goes to the other side of the room and the water overflows on one of the pedi chairs they had opened the water. Both staff members ran to get, what looked like used towels because they were all bundled up, and clean the floor. After that, the lady goes to charge a customer and from there she went directly to wax my daughters upper lip. I was in complete disbelief. While there is minimum contact with the actual face, she still grabs the wax stick and strip. I was very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of hygiene. They get a two star review just because of my previous ok experience.

They’re excellent! I have a very good relationship with all of the employees. They treat you with respect and do a great job. I come every other week for their services. I highly recommend this place.

I guess people have forgotten how to care for natural nails. Horrible job. Plus the place is dirty and run down. Yuck!
