Never use this company!!! They would not refund my $ 50 security deposit even though i could not return their truck because it would not start!!! I tried to get it started but i couldnt!!! I call and told someone about it and they said they couldnt send someone out that day but that someone would be out to my house the next day, which they did but i had to rent a uhaul truck to finish my move and had to move with a broken box truck in my new driveway!!! I found out that my credit card was charged $ 54 and my security deposit was not returned. I spoke with matt imbruglia the cheif operating office with storage master and he made fun of me for not being able to start the truck and he spoke down to me the entire conversation we had!!! An hour after our conversation on the phone he sent me an email stating that he would refund my $ 54 charge but that he was going to keep my $ 50 deposit for not returning the truck on time!!!
i couldnt return the truck on time because it would not start!!! I would have gladly paid for the use of this truck had i been able to use it but i could not use it!!!
This is a terrible company and i would stay away from them!!! Now i am going to have to rent a uhaul again and pay a couple frinds to help me move my stuff out of starage masters locker and into someplace else!!! This is going to cost me over $ 150 when it is all said and done!!!
