They recently sold my home, not once but twice. Let me back up a little before i explain. I had met Scott Walter about a year ago when he was looking at another house on the market across the street. I had previously listed my house with another broker and decided to take it off the market at the time. After having a casual conversation with Scott, i thought what a charming man. He left saying if he could help me in any way give him a call. And a year later when i decided to put my house back on the market i called the Walters. Well help me he did. They held open houses untill they sold my house fairly guickley, when the sale fell out of escrow because the buyers couldnt get the loan, i panicked because i had already left the state. Scott told me not to worry, and turned around and sold my house again a few days later for an even better price. He took care off my yard, and my pool and even changed the locks on my doors. We texted and called and faxed and were in touch almost every day. Well my house closes escrow in about 3 days and i couldnt be happier with my brokers. They did all the work, over and above the call of duty and told me not too worry, and that i was in good hands. I’ll say! The walters are amazing!
