History
Established in 1979.
Dr Applefield has been practicing in the San Fernando Valley for thirty years. He conducted his general, family practice in Northridge for twenty-eight years. Following this he practiced in Porter Ranch for three years. He has now joined Calabasas Dental Institute to continue delivering high quality dental care to his loyal patients.

Dr Applefield attended USC and received a degree in Psyhcology. He pursued his dental degree at The University of the Pacific, graduating in 1976. After school, he associated with dentists in the San Fernando Valley before purchasing his practice in Northridge in 1979. Dr Applefield is an avid golfer. He is married and has two grown sons.
