Mrs. Cleaners

A great place for general dry cleaning! I love the woman at the counter, who has always been pleasant, and the dedicated parking is very helpful. They have always been accommodating of my special requests, i.e., leaving the tags on a garment. They have even managed to repair one of my favorite old sweaters that I thought was done for. Never had a problem with any garment since the new owners took over.

DO NOT GO To THIS DRY CLEANERS!!! This is the worst dry cleaners I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. They ruined my brand new Ralph Lauren lamb-​suede pants. The condition in which the pants were returned to me is completely unrecognizable. The pants cost over a thousand dollars. On top of this, the woman who runs the counter as well as the owner, Sam refuse to recognize and apologize for the fact that the pants have been destroyed. When I asked who would be responsible for taking care of the cost the woman claims she doesn’t know, and the owner is not even located on the premises. The worst part of this is that the people at Mrs. Cleaners are acting as though I’m at fault. I am very upset, I trusted this place with my pants, and now they’re destroyed. They have extremely rude, and I’ll add once again that they haven’t even apologized. This type of disrespect and horrible customer service is exactly what we don’t need in our community. I am not one to overact or put down places of business. However, the only thing that can give me comfort is the fact that I can share an honest portrayal of this truly despicable act.

This place is great! Small lot but they have 2 spots dedicated for their customers and you ALWAYS get a spot. I can tell it’s family owned and the owner, I’m assuming Mrs. Cleaners, is always so sweet and helpful. The prices are very fair and they do a terrific job. I’ll never go to another cleaners because I’ll never find a better one.

I was really worried about taking my dry cleaning any place new. After we moved to Topanga from West Hollywood I waited a year (and a huge basket of dirty clothes) until finally walking in to Mrs. Cleaners. The woman at the front who does the alterations is fantastic! she did a great job on everything and was very nice. All of my clothes came back in perfect condition. and my alterations were done better than I possibly imagined. I will take my clothing here again for sure.
