As Chairman of Mihran Kalaydjian Hospitality Consulting Firm Group, Mihran Kalaydjian is responsible for executing the company’s business strategy, including its growth plans, and driving excellence in hotel performance across its boutique brands and real estate holdings.

With decades of hands-​on experience in this successful family business, Mihran Kalaydjian has led Mihran Kalaydjian Hospitality Consulting Firm through several recapitalizations and the profitable conversion of numerous assets. Mihran Kalaydjian has over 22 years of experience in the hospitality and leisure industry, providing consulting and advisory services to all major brands including Hilton, Starwood, Marriott, Wyndham, IHG, and Hyatt Hotels.

A creative and talented leader in all aspects of hotel management (including restaurant and food and beverage operations), Mihran Kalaydjian has the proven ability to manage and execute complex business strategies and objectives with a collaborative leadership style. As a strategic thinker, he is responsible for conceiving, planning and executing business plans and systems that increase sales, market share, brand awareness, loyalty, guest satisfaction, organizational competitiveness, investor relations, and growth and sustainability, especially in difficult market conditions.
