If you are cheap and looking for a contractor who is willing to take shortcuts and compromise the quality of their work in order to meet a deadline, then move on, this company is not for you. If you’re looking for a professional upscale home improvement, then you should definitely consider Hi-​tech Remodeling Group. I utilized Hi-​tech Remodeling Group to renovate my bathroom. Everyone I dealt with from the time I called until the job was completed was professional and I could clearly see they were interested in making life long customers. I had the pleasure of having Ido as a project manager. I am a very picky person and I had a vision of what I wanted the renovation to look like upon completion. Ido understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to put a good team together to build the upscale bathroom I envisioned. I appreciate Ido took the time to make sure all material was approved by me before being introduced to the renovation. I understand during these renovations it is likely to encounter some sort of problem during the process, and my renovation was no exception. It was nice to have a good project manager like Ido to step in, identifying the problem, and most importantly come up with a resolution that satisfied me/​the customer. The project manager was outstanding, he closely monitored the renovation and stepped in when he needed to. At the end of the renovation, the company did a walk through with me and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before taking the final payment from me. I had an overall good experience. I will definitely use Hi-​Tech Remodeling Group again and would highly recommend it.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Jonathan. He was very attentive to detail and did a great job remodeling my two bathrooms. His price was very competitive compared to other contractors and his quality was second to none! Will be recommending him to family and friends as i have been getting alot of compliments on my bathrooms. He had many samples and pictures which made the process flow very easily. Also, his office staff was very consistent in making sure all my needs were met. Will be my first choice when i finally decide to remodel my kitchen. Thank you Jonathan and Hi-​Tech Remodeling!

Hi Tech Remodeling Company is a nightmare. I selected this company to do a remodel on our house, and it’s the worst experience of my life. Not only did they take more time but they ran over budget and their supervision was extremely poor, They rarely showed up, and when they did they were very inexperienced. I talked to several of the workers, and they told me that they go through Contractor’s like water. I do not recommend this company.

I write this letter in recommendation of HI-​Tech as a general contractor. I had the pleasure of working with Project Manager, Charlene A, on renovation/​painting project for our home in November of 2015.
I can recommend the organization highly and without reservation.
Throughout the course of their work, Ms. A was a consummate professional. She was accurate in the initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. She was absolutely clear in her record keeping and time log. She chose and managed sub-​contractors well.
Our job was completed with care and precision.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This contractor named «Guy» had his own agenda did not listen to my
goals for my home, forced me to do a mold test costing 2,400 dollars. He was deceptive
saying that the insurance company would pay for it. I told him I was on a budget and he
wanted to demolish my kitchen and bathroom. That was not my goal. He did not listen to me
at all. But was focused on me signing papers deceiving me that he was going to do a honest
job, he had other goals to demolish my kitchen which I did not want. All I wanted was a new
sink and new tiles, and he blew it up out of proportion
. forced me to do a mold test. Ripped me off for 2,400
dollars for a mold test, leading me on that my insurance company would pay for it. He did
absolutely nothing but take my money and was trying to hustle to do extra demolition that
I did not want. Talked alot of double talk. Had me sign lien papers right away. So to entrap
me into being forced to use him very clever and not forthright. He did not listen to my goals
for my kitchen. just seemed to want to push his own agenda of demolishing my kitchen. I
told him I was on a budget and he showed me the most expensive sink there was. He took
advantage of me and Im out 2,400 for a mold test. I could not go forth with him he would
not listen and had his own agenda of ripping off a client. He did not show up for several days
as well. Asking where was my husband. Buyer beware. This guy who says his name is Guy
is slick. DO NOT BE DECEIVED LIKE I WAS.

I think all would agree that any home remodel is a stressful and unpredictable experience. Dates are not usually met, the scope and requirements change as everyone learns more through the process, and there are always fix-​it follow ups needed after the project is considered complete. Needless to say my recent home remodel was not unusual in any of these respects. This was my first re-​model of this scale and I am glad I was working with Moti Shaul from Hi-​Tech Remodeling through it. My project had a very tight schedule so when I met with Moti and he confirmed his company was able to meet the required dates, I took the chance and signed my deal with him. Having not gone through a major remodel before I was not used to the process so yes, I was frustrated that the planned date slipped by 2 weeks which required some additional out of pocket expenses and changes in move-​in dates etc. — but Moti was professional and helped offset these costs. And yes, it has been equally frustrating working through the post event fix-​it items — but again Moti has been very responsive to get various teams out to work through the open items. So I would say overall, expect any remodel to be difficult and stressful. Also, be prepared for delays and things not being 100% the first time around, but I would suggest staying on top of things and more importantly make sure the Project Manager of your remodel stays engaged and is responsive. Moti was extremely professional, has been responsive and was extremely fair when addressing the issues and changes in our needs.

We used this contractor to update our plumbing because we had a bad leak in our kitchen we decided to also replace our sink and dishwasher in the process of it and ended up having to replace the cabinets in that area also (unexpected expenses) but the work had to be done and Dan found the best solutions for us and the kitchen is all done and I couldn’t be happier.

I found this company on an advertisement and I took an estimate for my bathroom remodel from 3 contractors. Out of all the contractors this is the only one that was on time and had samples of materials. The meeting took a while but Sibay the representative answered all my questions and answers even gave me more ideas.
I will be doing this project in august and so far they are on the top of my contractors list. Im only giving it 4 stars because I have yet to be involved with them during my project.

My husband and I decided to do some summer updates to our new home and called a few contractors for estimates. Hi Tech gave us some options and a reasonable price but we decided hold off and do our kitchen in the winter instead.

Wow such a great company, they did an amazing job in my bathroom and I couldn’t be happier, I would recommend them to everybody that I know.

Hi-​Tech Remodeling did an amazing job with our condo renovations. We worked with a project manager, Sibay, who was very useful in coordinating all aspects of the job, especially because both my husband and I work more than 30 minutes away from home 5 days a week. Had we gone with individual companies for the floors, ceilings, etc., the job would have taken a lot more of our time and probably lasted longer. The reason I am giving the company 5 stars is because they put quality first and foremost. At one point, they had made a mistake in installing the floors, but rather than try to slide it past us, they immediately told us of the situation and then paid for new supplies themselves. They also went through extra measures to make sure the vinyl flooring in our kitchen was perfect, again re-​ordering supplies on their dime.
There were a few hiccups during the process — delays, messes left behind and some confusion about when contractors were coming, etc. — that were somewhat of a pain. But I think this is a natural part of the construction process and seemed to be not bad at all compared to the stories I’ve heard from others. Sibay gave us a credit in the end to have the place cleaned up professionally, so that completely made up for a few messes that went along with the process, such as plaster on the balcony.
The fact that the company valued the quality of the work and customer satisfaction so highly counts for a lot. I definitely recommend this company.

This company called to come and give us a quote on a few projects we wanted to do at our home. I agreed to the appointment and arranged an evening where both my husband and I could be there. The man called about 40 minutes before the appointment confirming, but never showed up. About 3 days later another man called and asked if we were still interested. I told him no and to please stop calling because it would be outrageous that I would want to do business when they don’t even show up for the first appointment. The next day a female called to tell me I was «wrong» and they never had an appointment setup with me (I still have the voicemail saved to my phone confirming the appt). I then told her to stop calling me. She said she would take me off their list. Well that was not the end of that. The female the proceeded to call me daily for a month. When I would pick up, she would sometimes speak but mostly hang up. And when I would call her back to tell her again to stop calling, she would not answer. After several weeks of this I found another number for this company in which a male answers and said he would take care of it. She called the next day again, not leaving a message. This company has some serious issues and I would stay away! I’ve never had something so strange happen and it’s creepy that this woman continues to call me.
