I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I placed an order, sent payment right away, it has now been 9 days since the payment cleared my bank. My order has not even shipped yet! I have called twice; today I was told they have a shortage of product, and my order SHOULD ship by late next week. That would make it 16 days after they received payment for the product! I will choose a more reliable company to do business with n the future!

Mike Maloney does a fantastic job creating outstanding educational videos to promote his company and to talk about the lack of ethics in the banking world & the government, which is why I was always excited to purchase precious metals directly from him. His
site is extremely modern & super easy to order from, but note that both their gold prices & their shipping prices are occasionally significantly more expensive than other gold companies. For example, right now as I type this, their prices are $ 70 more expensive (per ounce of gold) than other dealers. Today (on February 17, 2015), their price is $ 1,328 for an ounce of gold while
is selling an ounce of gold for $ 1,261. But yesterday, the 2 different companies had almost identical pricing. One other ongoing issue with
is that they are often VERY SLOW to ship. They claim that they will ship within 5 business days of clearing a check, but this is not true at all. On multiple occasions, I waited UP TO 4 WEEKS before my product was shipped to me! Customer service can be difficult to get ahold of as well… they have NEVER replied to any emails that I have EVER sent them through their website form in the 6 months that I have been a customer of theirs. I’ve checked my Spam folder as well, but never a single reply from them. I have occasionally gotten some customer service reps on the phone when I wasn’t automatically routed to a voicemail, but they weren’t super-​helpful… they seemed like high school kids doing a temporary internship. Personally, I prefer the experts at
because they are a local Austin business, they have true precious metals experts talking on the phone to you, they always answer their phones, they have consistent pricing, they ship more quickly than Mike Maloney’s company, and they have a more consistent customer service experience because they are a mom & pop company who gets to know their customers. However, Mike Maloney’s videos are still the very best on the entire Internet. Nobody — and I mean nobody — knows how to make videos like Mike Maloney.
