The shorter woman who works there has almost no knowledge on all of the items sold there. When I asked about the effects of certain products she simply told me to «look it up». Later, I came back to return some items and she made me feel guilty for not wanting the products that she couldn’t tell me anything about. She was very rude and unhelpful. GNC is expensive enough and with terrible customer service at this location, I’m happy to never go back…

the guy who was selling didn’t know what was lactose! he asked me if lactose was milk! i was looking for lactose free weight gainer and he didn’t know anything about lactose… he suggested soy protein, when he had carnivore and other powders lactose free. i mean, there supposed to be someone who has knowledge about food and diet and can help a customer to choose the right product.

Been to this store and was looking for vitamins for myself and husband. First impression is the most important this store is immaculate and the guys working there are the most professional, knowledgeable, respectful, kind individuals that can answer all your questions or concerns and recommend what you do need to live a healthy life. This is now my go to store for anything that we need health wise as their multivitamins for both men & women are the best no questions asked. With this kind of exceptional customer service it give me great pleasure shopping here and I will always return. Wish there was ten stars that I would rate!!! I always give a store credit when it comes to service and shout out to the world that there are still good store that offer superb customer service.

Went in for some vitamins and they were so informative about everything! Extremely helpful and made me feel confident in my purchase! Def my choice of GNC’s in the area!

Just showed up to pick up a protein shake and the guys there were very helpful.

I went to this GNC because it is the closest location to my house. I simply wanted to run in and replenish my morning protein powder. What should have been a 2 minute trip turned easily into 10 or 15. Sure, that’s still not a long time, but I was on my way to work and was in a hurry… plus, I was the only customer in the store, so why wouldn’t it only take a couple minutes? From the second I walked in, the (who I will assume was) owner followed me, trying to upsell me wherever he could. Then I finally get to check out and he tells me I have to wait because he has a transaction on that register and is waiting for another customer to get change for $ 100. I’m sorry, WHAT?! Why not use the second register right next to it? No idea. I wanted to leave right then, but figured I’d only be cutting my nose off to spite my face since I’d have to stop at another GNC anyway. Luckily, that «other customer» came right back. Unfortunately for me, the owner took as long as humanly possible to ring him up… upselling him, asking for emails, phone numbers, chatting about different supplements… the works. Then it’s finally my turn and that transaction was no quicker. I will not return to this particular GNC.
