Started by award winning makeup artist and hairstylist Brittany Renee, Elite Makeup Designs is a highly accomplished and creative team of talented hair and makeup artists in Los Angeles focusing on beauty, bridal, fashion and editorial makeup application.

Trained at the prestigious MUD Makeup Designory, Brittany ensures that all clients receive a reliable, detail-​oriented, and multi-​faceted professional experience in which the client is not only satisfied, but ecstatic about their experience.

PLEASE, do not even bother searching elsewhere. These ladies are the BEST. They are super easy to work with, professional, sweet, and more than anything INCREDIBLE at what they do! I still can’t get over how I looked at my wedding — and my friends keep saying the same. I want to have them do my hair and makeup everyday! I’m so happy I went with Brittany for my wedding day makeup! I knew I wanted to book Brittany for my wedding after getting my bridesmaid makeup done by her at my friend’s wedding a couple years ago. She has stood out as my favorite makeup artist since! She is professional, responsive, personable, and a true artist. I had a trial a couple months before my wedding and let Brittany create a look that went with my dress, hair, and the Maravilla Gardens venue. I love how she was able to create a perfect look without much direction from me. I also appreciate still looking like myself on my wedding day. She arrived on time to our hotel where we were getting ready, and setup shop quickly. She kept us on schedule while remaining easy-​going and flexible. Her airbrushing skills are amazing and my makeup lasted all day and night. She was also helpful in recommending products to buy in order to touch up throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Brittany and her team. Her assistant, Dana, was great too! Thank you for making me and my bridal party look and feel our best on such a memorable day.

Brittany is hands down the most talented hair and makeup artist ever! She did the hair and makeup for myself and my huge bridal party and two moms and everyone was beyond thrilled with how they looked! I had originally booked Brittany for just makeup, but when I had an awful experience with the artist I had booked to do everyone’s hair, I contacted Brittany, and she was so gracious and accommodating and agreed to do both hair and makeup for all 9 people! Brittany and her team were such a pleasure to work with and really took the time to listen to exactly what everyone wanted! I was referred to Brittany by my sister in law who had hired her for her wedding after trying a lot of unsatisfactory makeup artists. As much as I loved my makeup the first time Brittany did it for my sister in law’s wedding, I was still blown away and even more in love with my bridal look. Brittany somehow finds a way to make each member of the bridal party complement one another as well as the bride. My hair and makeup lasted all day and all night despite it being 107 degrees outside the day of the wedding and me dragging my poor wedding party to take pictures outside! I can’t recommend Brittany and her team enough! Thank you so much Brittany!!!

Presented the wife with a professional makeup artist job, since she refused to leave the house without professionally applied makeup for a television taping we were both going to attend. I wish I could put up her photo (she’s refusing again), but what I can say is that Brittany is a kind, calm and great professional who made wifey look stunning. She was prompt coming to our house, had a million supplies with her (or brands, I guess), and anything the wife wanted — it was available. Wife’s natural beauty + Brittany’s celebrity makeup skills = total arm candy!

Brittany listened carefully and gave me the look I wanted for both my hair and makeup. She would adjust as we went along, as I watched and talked to her. My makeup stayed on all day and didn’t change at all — I couldn’t believe it! I felt amazing and loved how I looked on a very special day — my wedding. She also arrived early and texted me as I drove in that she was going to start setting up — that put me at ease so much, since I was worried about being ready on time. Great, great job!

I did not actually get to work with Brittany, but still wanted to give her a great review! I had originally reached out to schedule a bridal trial the same day as my engagement shoot. We had made an appointment but unfortunately my shoot got cancelled due to rain. My schedule is all over the place but she continued to work with me to find a time for my trial. I ended up booking another artist before my trial with Brittany but I still wanted people to know how attentive and responsive she was! She was always professional, clear, and responded within minutes most of the time! I will definitely be keeping her in mind for future events where I will need to look great :)

Brittany is the most talented and amazing makeup artist. Not to mention the absolute sweetest! I had tried three other makeup artists before my mother miraculously found Brittany on Unilocal.I am extremely pale and the other makeup artists used colors that were all wrong for my skin tone. Just when I decided that I couldn’t handle another bad trial and that I would do my own bridal makeup (which would have been a HUGE mistake), Brittany saved the day. Her work speaks for itself, and she is the kindest and sweetest person as well! All of the bridesmaids looked stunning and all five of us could not be happier with our makeup. In fact, one of my bridesmaids just got engaged and loved her makeup so much that she stated she will be using Brittany for her wedding as well. I am so grateful to have found such an amazing makeup artist and person, thank you for making my wedding day such a beautiful experience for all of us!!! I highly recommend Brittany!!! Brittany and her crew for make up and hair were great to work with. I had a large wedding party (12) and the first company I was working with did not work out. Brittany was able to accommodate my large party last minute. This company was more expensive than the first one I was going to use, but well worth the money. At my trial my consultant was very accommodating to changing things around to make me happy. And on my wedding day all my bridesmaids loved their hair. They were fast workers because we were done ahead of schedule! My favorite was the makeup. It looked glamorous and natural at the same time, and lasted until 2am!

I recently got married on 5÷25÷14 and Brittany did my entire wedding party’s makeup and hair. Everyone looked amazing! I was extremely happy with my hair and makeup. Brittany was so easy to work with through out the entire process and made the day of my wedding very special. I was hosting a large event, taking cherish family photos, hot day and concerned that my makeup wouldn’t look natural and last for the whole affair. Not only did the makeup look amazing in person, it looked fresh and enhancing my positive features. For a woman heading toward the big 50 that’s a huge plus. Everyone at my event wanted to know who did my makeup so natural so they could hire Brittany to do theirs.
She was a fantastic listener, who offered practical makeup advice, explained what she was using and why. A true professional who has a lovely personality.

Words can’t describe how amazing the makeup was for the wedding I was in this last Friday. Brittany did the hair and makeup for all bridesmaids, the bride and the mother of the bride! We all looked absolutely fabulous and got nothing but compliments all day and night! I was a little worried that having my makeup done first at 8am and the ceremony not being until almost 6 that it wouldn’t look as good. Well I was more than pleasantly happy when it still looked like it had just been applied! My hair held all night (and into the morning) as well!!! Brittany recently did my hair and makeup for a photo shoot for my new website. I can’t highly recommend Brittany enough! There are so many things about her that make her the talented artist she is that really sets her apart from the rest. She immediately put me as ease with her smile, warm personality, and sincere heart.
At the forefront, Brittany has in mind to give you an experience that will exceed your expectations in so many surprising ways. She discussed with me the exact look I was going for before even before starting on my face. Brittany provided such a natural look, that still make me feel «made up,» but nothing about the look was «over done.» I felt like myself, but with such a natural, beautiful finish. When I saw myself in the mirror, I felt like a million dollars!
I recently got my photos back and I was BLOWN AWAY at how amazing both my hair and make-​up looked in the photos. It was EXACTLY the look I was going for. In fact, since Brittany was with me the whole day, she did 3 different styles to go with my 3 different locations. Each style complimented the location to a tee. Brittany has been doing my make up for my photoshoots for almost four years now, and I have yet to find a makeup artist that is even as close to as great as she is. I can’t count the number of shoots we have worked on together, but I know every time she makes me feel beautiful!
