History

Established in 2012.

Calabasas Xpress Lube was merged into the Calabasas Car Care Tire Pros family of business in 2012. Owners John Cortez and Tom Casey have been operating Car Care Centers in Calabasas and Agoura Hills since 2003.

I am so delighted that I found this place after searching for a long time to find an honest and trustworthy business where I could have my car serviced. I am so glad that I found Calabasas Xpress Lube (and so much more than that!). All the service people in the office and in the garage are super friendly, knowledgeable and great at what they do … and they do it all. I’m a 68 y/​o widow and was getting so tired of being ripped off and over-​sold by other repair shops who just saw dollar signs when I walked in. These guys told me what needed to be done and what might be needed in the future and why. They explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. To top it off, their pricing is much more reasonable than any shop I’ve been to in the past 10 years that I’ve been servicing my Honda Accord. I highly recommend this business. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I like this place. I live 15 minutes away in Woodland Hills and will gladly drive there with both of my cars. I started using them when I had a coupon for the whole oil and lube service. I thought that surely, like every other place I had been to, they would have extra fees and upsells and that I would still be paying additional $$. That was NOT the case! I have NEVER rolled out of an oil change facility and not paid anything… and both of my cars are large (SUV and Van.) They’re also right next to and associated with a tire/​mechanic which inspected my older SUV. They made a list of things to be serviced, but said I could wait on servicing those parts. Again, I walked out without «needing to pay for immediate action.» To me, this smacks of a very honest operation.

I have been going to Calabasas Car Care for many years for my regular oil changes. Because I put over 40k miles a year on my car I go almost every month so I am a frequent flyer. They are always friendly and polite. They even remembered my old car when I got a new one! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I showed up first thing in the morning around 7:30am hoping to get my oil changed and still make it on time to work. They took my car in right away, I didn’t have to wait or over explain myself. I also had a headlight out which they quickly fixed. I was in and out with in no time. Genuine, easy, and friendly service. And success, I made it to work, with time to spare :)

Thanks Jason and crew. I was in there for an oil change about a week ago and you said my water pump was leaking. You advised me to see my local mechanic or your tire pros shop across the parking lot. Mike and Manny are amazing at fixing and maintaining cars. The service I received is unmatched. They are really knowledgeable and professional. You can tell that they are perfectionists. This isn’t my first time in and every time I go in whether for a service or a car repair they have done a great job. I recommend this establishment highly.
